Hi - thanks for the vid - I've successfully repaired a friend's laptop. The screen was only 37$ in Poland :D When it comes to assembly design - I left the screws that hold the metal brackets and the screen popped off - brackets stayed in chasis even tho my friend's laptop had broken hinge screw nests on the right along with a broken plastic cover just north of the hinge (probably she forcefully opened the screen way too wide). Nevertheless, it works now. My final thought - I would not accept this task without seeing your video first - great job!

the panel is attached to that frame via pull-tabs or double sided adhesive.. the frame is not part of the screen but part of the hinges..

its better to take out the hinges first before the screen. Its a long task but it can save you the hassle to replace the hinge nest on the back cover.
