ASUS Made a Gaming Mic. Is It GOOD? (ROG Carnyx)

Yeah, it was peaking so much that I had to turn the volume down on this video. One option that you could do still because this sounds pretty good as a microphone is to go into Windows settings and change the input volume for the microphone. Did you see if that was a possible solution, at least short term?

I would like to know how this microphone is if you have someone else near you talking like 1m apart. Will it capture their voice also?

OBS has filters to prevent peaking.

Ive bought 2 of them, and i cant get the screw out of the bottom to detach the base. So basically id have to use the base instead of my mic arm. This is ridiculous.

can i ask what is the height of this microphone with the base? like can the height be adjusted because i might not have enough space for such a tall microphone
