Can't find much of this on the internet, but are there any disadvantages to a micro ATX board instead of an ATX board except the fact that it's just smaller? (Which is more of an advantage in my case)

Can you remove the exhaust fins in the processors to change the thermal paste?

surely is... I have been running it for 12 months now and I have had 0 issues with the board and it has been excellent. The 3D bios is excellent also for overclocking

I was never able to use video and audio onboard at the same time, cause the video stayed in slow motion and obviesly without sound. Anyone had the same problem?

Yes. That was really good board. Maybe I will try that in the future. That board has really cheap price with very maxxxx Power :D .. But base on the survey it heat too much.

Asus P8Z77-M PRO is M-ATX board while both MB that you mentioned are ATX. IMO if i to choose an ATX board with that price range i would get Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 instead.
