the most easiest and most simple way of updating bios without any confusion and the way you explain it

The easier way of doing it was just to use the bios flbk button on the IO panel of the motherboard. This motherboard comes equipped with this feature

Hi, mine is having an issue where when I start the bios update process, it shows ‘processing’ then instantly restarts, but PC is stuck. On black screen. Doesn’t post. After 30 minutes too. I have to hard reset pc and it works fine.

У меня тоже не получилось обновить Биос тем способом что показывал автор, так же как у вас завис и чёрный экран. Я вытащил батарейку из материнской платы на 15 минут и компьютер заработал, затем форматировал флэшку(у меня стоял не стандартный размер кластера я поставил стандартный) и скачал на неё ещё раз Биос, с помощью программы Biosrenamer которая скачивается вместе с Биос решил обновить Биос через кнопку Biosflashb, вставил флэшку в специальный Слот на материнской плате и зажал кнопку Biosflashb на 7 секунд, установка заняла 3-4 минуты , нужно дождаться пока перестанет мигать зелёный индикатор рядом с кнопок biosflashb и установка завершена все работает

All - watch out for BIOS version 1222. Lots of reports of Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) / stability issues.

Hello guys I have a 7900x3D CPU with the same board and my BIOS version is 0821 for now. I had one doubt do I need to update each and every BIOS or just download the newest one and update using that file?

Does Asus B450-E support PCIE Gen 4? I basically want to install a fast SSD (like 6 gb speed). I have Ryzen 5 3600 + RTX 2070S but I'm just not sure if my system even supports an SSD of that speed

it should be. Ive purchased Ryzen7700 a it works. New Zen 4 processors are made for new AM5 socket. :)

So I’m in a rut. Built my wife a pc with this mobo and this is the first time I’ve had a pc that likes to act up on me. It would go to sleep and then the mouse and keybord would not wake it up and just end up with a black screen. Mouse and keyboard wouldn’t lite up either, while all other lights on. Went through a gambit of settings, leaving usbs powered up, settings changes, checking bios for wake up (there is no option in bios). So was hoping because she was on version 0331 that an update my clear the issue. So I landed ok this video to update bios (currently trying to update bios). I fear I’m stuck again as the screen, mouse, and keyboard are all black while everything else is powered up right after clicking yes to update the bios. Can’t tell if anything is being done or if it just crapped the bed. My X570 Asus mobo updated no issues and had on screen bar for update. This one seems dead in the water. Anyone else having these issues? Or seen anything like this? *final update* -so it turns out I did need a bios update. But because of how it was behaving I could not update bios as shown in this video. I had to use the bios flashback feature to update the bios. I was at 0331. Instead of going to latest of 1616, Asus recommended going to 1409 first. I used bios flashback and went to version 1409, and it seems to have fixed the issue of not waking back up from sleep/not having a picture on monitor after going to sleep. *update* rebooted and got the pc back up but bios didn’t go, still at .0331. With this issue I can’t even update bios.

Ive purchased this motherboard yesterday and im not able to install it. i guess i have to allow TPM2,0, but somehow im struggling wit it. In tech specs asus directly say, this motherboard is for Windows 11 only. Does it work properly on windows10? Thank you
