Asus X99-A motherboard boot problems

try to touch the TPU chip for a couple of seconds ,make sure your temperature is above 30c degree or use hair dryer or heat gun gently .. that's works for me

I have a similar issue on startup the ASUS X-99-A. Does it mean this issue comes from the low temperature?
