I'm wanting to walk more but my feet get sore after 5kms and I also have weak ankles, what exercises would you recommend to strengthen them and also what is a good set of warm down stretches after a long walk? Great calf exercises 👍👍👍

You can strengthen your ankles by sitting down and tracing the alphabet on the floor while seated on a chair. Do this on each foot daily, and it will help with flexing the foot when running. Stretches after running would be seated toe touch stretch, lunge stretch, standing quad stretch, and a standing calf stretch (we can fiim a video for this!!)

No, it is not common in bodybuilders. We do our best to maintain a diet high in fiber, antioxidants, and water. This can help prevent kidney complications.
