My biggest inspiration is this channel to start calisthenics i progressed a lot before i was unable to do 1 push ups with correct form but after 2 months regular i progressed upto 25 push ups in a row and 12 pull up in a row now my target is 50 push ups and 20 pull up Thanks to your team lots of love

that’s the perfect push up! it has inside a plank movement, the whole core is working. If it’s well executed it’s one of the most complete exercises

One of the only guys who do pushups properly. Most ppl go down and up without shoulder retraction or protraction. And they go only half way up and not fully down. If you do it how this guy does, your numbers will decrease drastically, but your gains sky rocket. Trust me

Thanks for the workout. I've done the first workout on my first day and I've made at least 6-8 reps per set. Hopefully I can go more than 10 in the next set of workouts. I've been looking for a workout plan and this is the one I chose to do for now.

When doing diamond push up, please proceed with caution. I once sprained my right hand wrist and made me unable to exercise for 2 months !. Although I'd been doing push ups for only 2 months, so maybe I didn't have proper strength yet. But I'll never do diamond push up ever again.

Just finished today. Triceps & shoulders are stronger & larger. I actually have shoulders now, though only a little. Workout 4 is by far the most difficult. I’ll come back in a few days with new 1 set max push ups.

@@khlgaming36 I got pretty good results. Granted its only 4 weeks so the visual changes to my body weren't drastic, but they were definitely noticeable. The biggest thing was my strength/ endurance. I felt like after the doing it one time thru, it set me up for some real gains as I continue with other calisthenic programs (which I've been seeing).

DONE! First??! If you also did it comment below your reps, rounds and favourite variation :) I did 10reps of each for 4rounds. So total of 960 push ups this month. I liked In & Outs.

Hi! I completed the challenge a week ago. In the final 4 workouts sessions I managed to do 15x4 in every variation, except for cobra, pike and lean push ups. I hated pike push ups and i really liked the cobra variation. It was fun to do this challenge, im waiting for the next one!

3-4 sets of 6-12 reps for each exercise, 2-3 mins rest in between. Two exercise per day, once every other day, weekends rest.

Bro in pretty much every exercise you breath in during the eccentric phase (easiest part) and breath out during the concentric phase. However i think that it varies from person to person. For example i breath in during the concentric phase of a bicep curl. I don't know why, i feel more comfortable

This is fantastic. When i travel/work i live in my sprinter c=van and signed up at a gym only to use the shower, i much prefer to do full body exercises as you are showing than to be in stinky gym Thank for these tips i have only been doing regular push u[s and now i see how to do more of a variety which is fun and challenging so thanks you once again, Canada

No it is actually kinda easy apart from the 10 km run. Look at hajime no ippo's trainings (boxing anime)

gerardo covarrubias It would be the best if you can really do it..😂 Very unlikely though... because 100 push ups, sit ups, squats and 10 km run everyday is equivalent to "suicide"😂
