My biggest inspiration is this channel to start calisthenics i progressed a lot before i was unable to do 1 push ups with correct form but after 2 months regular i progressed upto 25 push ups in a row and 12 pull up in a row now my target is 50 push ups and 20 pull up Thanks to your team lots of love

One of the only guys who do pushups properly. Most ppl go down and up without shoulder retraction or protraction. And they go only half way up and not fully down. If you do it how this guy does, your numbers will decrease drastically, but your gains sky rocket. Trust me

When doing diamond push up, please proceed with caution. I once sprained my right hand wrist and made me unable to exercise for 2 months !. Although I'd been doing push ups for only 2 months, so maybe I didn't have proper strength yet. But I'll never do diamond push up ever again.

Just finished today. Triceps & shoulders are stronger & larger. I actually have shoulders now, though only a little. Workout 4 is by far the most difficult. I’ll come back in a few days with new 1 set max push ups.

@@khlgaming36 I got pretty good results. Granted its only 4 weeks so the visual changes to my body weren't drastic, but they were definitely noticeable. The biggest thing was my strength/ endurance. I felt like after the doing it one time thru, it set me up for some real gains as I continue with other calisthenic programs (which I've been seeing).

Hi! I completed the challenge a week ago. In the final 4 workouts sessions I managed to do 15x4 in every variation, except for cobra, pike and lean push ups. I hated pike push ups and i really liked the cobra variation. It was fun to do this challenge, im waiting for the next one!

Bro in pretty much every exercise you breath in during the eccentric phase (easiest part) and breath out during the concentric phase. However i think that it varies from person to person. For example i breath in during the concentric phase of a bicep curl. I don't know why, i feel more comfortable
