@neiman33597 жыл бұрын
i completely agree. usually, they're telling you to smile through the pain and all these fancy/weird things, but there's none of that in fitness blender videos. they only tell you to push yourself and how many seconds are left to motivate you to continue until the rest period. they pressure you to continue, but then you also feel like it's all good if you rest for longer than you should as well. i completely feel not-judged by their videos :')

I'm 17 and I have always been very unhappy with my body as I am quite short and chubby. I have always been saying "I wanna workout" and stuff like that but I have never had the proper motivation or I have given up but this workout just makes me so happy. I feel so good while I am doing it and after. I try to do this everyday or every second day and I have been going for almost 3 weeks and have already seen some differences and felt so amazing. I am so looking forward to loving my body. Thank you for this amazing workout! It is very challenging sometimes but so great!

@Paylala9 жыл бұрын
Sunchikor I agree. I love all of their workouts, but I'd be grateful if they added a low-impact version for each exercise in their workouts going out, even having a small bubble of the current exercise in low-impact form down in the corner. I usually stick with the high-impact for each workout, but there are SO many of their workouts that I'd like to send to people who can't do high-impact, and most of them don't really know how to modify each exercise keeping good form in mind.

I knew I would love this workout from the moment I pressed 'play.' The warm up felt very good and definitely helped activate my 'exercise mode' to get myself a 'workout complete' for today. These workouts definitely help me see how far I have come along. I have noticed that the greatest improvements in life that I have ever made since I started working out with Fitnessblender is actually improving my proprioception and the chemicals of my brain (better sleep and reducing my stress level). Physical changes are definitely just a bonus for me! Thank you so much!

Hi Fitness Blender, Ive heard that cardio workouts can help loose breast-fat and i just dont want it. I'm pretty flat-chested already. I'm 19 years old, have been doing traditional squats for 2 months and been following other videos of Fitnessblender that focus on belly and chest, but recently i just dont have much time so i want to change to a full body exercise that helps lift my butt, make my breast bigger and flatten my stomach. Can you recommend a full body exercise like that? Anyways your videos are great :)
@jitoriarobey1687 жыл бұрын
Truc Thanh I don't think exercising will increase your breast size.... what I recommend is gaining some weight then just toning (so you won't be pudgy). If your goal is to be Skinner then I don't think you can increase your breast size (without prescribed hormones) Hope this helps 😘

Hello Kelli I love your videos. I had a baby 10 months ago, I'm ready to start getting back in shape. I'm a 166lb's, 5'3 so I should be a healthy 120-130. I haven't done any exercise at all except for walking my dogs, mainly because...well...I'm lazy; I have no energy and lack motivation. However after finding your videos, I really got excited because I hate the gym and personal trainers are so expensive, and your videos are so personal and easy to follow. My questions for you are, where should I get started as far as your videos? Is there a specific order I should follow? I'm the type of personal that needs a plan! I'd love to start ASAP. I've also heard that I should leave the strength training until I've lost the fat??? Thank you in advance! 💟

Been doing your HIIT for the last couple of weeks and am seeing great results ( used to be hips 44inch and waist 33inch, am now down to 42 and 30 respectively but my weight is still 149lbs, i now can lift heavy and go more intense and have visibly toned arms, butt and thighs) WHAT SOURCES OF PROTEIN DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A VEGAN.??? I want me some very healthy muscles. Thanks.!
@kiatheceo9 жыл бұрын
Masese Moraa maybe you are building muscle. I started these HIIT workouts consistently a few weeks ago too (although I was exercising before) and I gained like 10 lbs (went from low 130s to low 140s)! I'm pretty sure it's muscle because I still fit into my clothes and I'm not as flabby for a so called "slim/skinny" girl.
Just eat a large variety of vegetables. Your body actually builds it's own protein from amino acids which is found in all vegetables. A lot of people believe the protein needs to be in the food in order for your body to get it, so they think they can't do without meat and dairy. But your body will actuallly break this protein down in order to build up the protein it needs. Also it doesn't hurt to eat a lot of vegetables while with meat or dairy it can be harmful if there's to much protein build up in your body that needs to be broken down.

I wanted to do this video but I did a workout yesterday and I felt completely different than past weeks. Usually I go into a workout 100 percent and excited, but yesterday I felt my body like tired for some reason even though I was 5 minutes into the workout. I wanted to stop by the middle and felt uninterested.. I think I might be over training maybe. I run twice a week for 5 miles and do some weight training and also other videos 6 times a week. I probably need a break or something..
@agatina19989 жыл бұрын
メキシコ人 I feel you so much - I have the same issue. I really like working out and seeing the results after a week or so, but for the past week, every time I press "play" I lose interest in the first couple of minutes and I feel just bored and unmotivated. It's really annoying. I thought it was because of the heat, but I had it before, when it wasn't that hot... I think it passed now and I certainly hope so. Do you do anything about it?
@SophLotte9 жыл бұрын
What other people's videos do you watch -- workout related
@メキシコ人-k2v9 жыл бұрын
agatina1998 I would say you're in the same boat as I am. Doing too much for a long period of time without taking a proper break might be causing this uninterested. I stopped working out last year around October due to some knee issues and I picked it up again in like the second week of January of this year and haven't really stopped at all. I've been working out six times a week, hard and sometimes twice in one day so maybe all this exercise and running has caught up to me and now making me feel so tired, bored and uninterested because my body probably wants a break. A real break, like a two week vacation or three. I'm a little reluctant because I worked so hard and have come so far and I don't want to lose any gains I've made. So I don't know what to do lol.. Maybe I'll take a break starting this Monday for sure.

メキシコ人 Yeah, exactly. I have been working out 6-7 times a week, because I really want a nice flat stomach, but when I fell uninterested I also feel a bit lazy, like I'm going to lose all the effect (like you mentioned). Plus I ride bike every day to my school and back... But it's so good to find someone who expirienced the same issue.

Hi Kelli, I've been working out with FB for about a year and half now and absolutely adore doing so. @Noldy__7 жыл бұрын
I honestly don't care about that. It was my goal in the beginning but I stopped caring about physical results. I haven't even weighed myself in over 3yrs. But I do know I have cut some weight from what I'm told by others and the way my clothes feel on me these days. My diet could do an overhaul though. Cause I know it plays an important role. I still kinda eat the same but I'm cutting down on things slowly. I love french fies, sugar and all. Its a slow process in that end for me. But my biggest achievement is that I have worked out with FB for 2yrs straight, 5 days a week. Only missed a week cause I got really sick. But am lazy, very lazy, in fact FB is the most activity I get to do. I do walk 30-1.5hrs a day every other day. So if would sum it up, FB has helped me mentally. Taught me to never give up, push even if you are struggling and all. And I'm starting to apply these lessons in the other parts of my life.

Hi Kelli and Daniel!!...I have one question....how can we calculate approximately how many calories we burn within the range that you indicate in each workout? Does it depend on your weight? I do your workouts everyday and I LOVE them!!!!!
@elysegraber25467 жыл бұрын
This may be a stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyway. You suggest not doing HIIT workouts more than 3-4 times per week, so I am trying to stick to that. However, are all your workouts labeled HIIT if they are HIIT?? This workout isn't labeled HIIT, but the format seems like a HIIT to me. Am I missing the real definition of HIIT, or how can I be sure to pick the right workouts on my days off of HIIT? I hope that makes sense. I want to get the most bang for my buck each time I workout, considering I have limited time to workout. I also don't want to overdo it or injure myself. Thanks for all your great videos and advice. They really help me manage life and staying active and healthier.

Does have good moves but would love love love anther similar to Hiit Like a Girl pt 1 and two. Love that killer Hiit. Also wonder if ever plan on moving up the intervals to 30/10 40/10 50/10? I do such workouts on other sites and often follow the printed workout you supply and simply up try he seconds. Really improves cardio endurance esp with weight training.

Hi, I have a pretty thick (?) yoga mat but when I am doing floor excercises my bones are just killing mee, my knees, my backm even when I am on the side. And I have enough fat, so its not because my bones stick out. Do you maybe know a way to do floor excercises without dying??

I have a really fast metabolism, so it is easy for me to lose weight, actually I often lose too much weight (when I have a lot of stress, if I skip meal a few days, stuff like that) although I eat a lot (people get surprised of how much I can eat without getting fat at all). Right now I am very happy with my weight and overall body, but I want to be healthier and stronger, the problem is I am afraid of becoming thinner in the process. What kind of workout should I do? Some people have recommended me Yoga, but I want to challenge myself and be strong (I often feel pretty weak because of how skinny I am).
