I love that you don’t shame us into doing things we can’t do. Saying it’s fine to modify and to take breaks. This way I feel like I can continue to do these workouts regularly.

I have NEVER been so happy to see bicycle crunches and hip dips in my life. ANYTHING to give me an excuse to drop to the floor. This is going in my faves list❤️😭🥵

I did not think this workout would be hard at all since it was only about 25 minutes, but by the end of it I was able to "gel" my hair back from my own sweat! Boy was I really surprised

I LOVED this type of layout!! It went by so fast because I wasn't counting how many sets/groups I had left. Of course that doesn't mean I don't enjoy your other workouts but this is def a nice change of pace. Hope to see more of these! THANK YOU KELLI AND DANIEL!

Have done so many Fitness Blender workouts. They are all amazing but if I had to pick my favorite, it's the workouts for "people who get bored easily." I love the mix-up and, mentally, I feel it's easier to push through the workout knowing I'm only doing one set of a particular exercise. The pendulum leg swings and warrior pose were excellent in the mix and provided breaks from the more cardio-intense sets while providing their own level of difficulty. Excellent mix!! Thank you!

the minute i saw the video I was ready to work out. i have done it. yes it was great. I sweat a lot. Actually I do only HIIT, but this workout was like a hiit. Now I do a strength training forBut and Thigh. Thank you Kelli

Please do more of these! fast becoming my fave workout - you literally feel like you've worked every muscle group and 25 mins is so do-able! I even managed jump squats for the whole 45 secs - not sure my legs will thank me tomorrow!

This is the first proper workout I have done since I badly injured my shoulder (dislocation and major fracture) in December - obviously had to limit the range of motion for some exercises, adapt others, and replace some with physio exercises but I am so happy to have got through a nearly 30 min workout! Thank you for making and uploading this, I love how varied it was, and your happy energetic mood!

Thank you! It`s perfect for the day when you feel too sore for a HIIT but recovery cardio seems to be just this small bit too easy on you. I think this type of sequence with no repeats is going to be my new favourite! I`ve done upper body and butt&tigh as well. My happy place is for sure the "workout complete" sign 😂 or the fact that I'll take a warm ass balls shower when I'm done. I live in Sweden and it's starting to get quite cold outside, you know snow and shizzle everywhere... (I really like these workouts btw, please do more 😊)

This was so good. I have never finished an exercise. I get bored easily and halfway through l just stop and go and eat, l just hate doing the same thing over and over ..but this one is the best. I finished and was sweating, never sweated like that before. pls make more of these.

Notes on this workout: 1. Did the full jump squats all the way through and survived..yey 2. Due to limited space, i substituted burpees shuffles to burpee quick feet 3. Did the side hip raises full version a.k.a. daniel style and lastly 4. this felt easier than the last time i did this 6 months ago.. so massive thanks to you kelli and daniel for these variety of workouts to help us be fit and healthy. More power to you!

Absolutely love this workout. I really appreciate these 30 minute cardio/abs videos because they're perfect for in between my longer strength training days when my body is sore. The best part is that I'm able to get them in before my 8am classes and even though they're short, I sweat a fair amount and feel great afterwards. Also, all of the workouts that follow this structure are easily my favorites because my mind doesn't fight me to start them and my ADD doesn't stop me from finishing them. Thanks K&D.

I love love love LOVE the no repeats!!! I can really psych myself up mentally to give a rep my all if I know I won't be doing it over and over and over. I get such a better workout in this fashion. Please PLEASE make more of these!!! I would love to see more of the combo HITT-strength training workouts done this way too! They are my favorite and I would very much enjoy doing them in like this!

I've just done this workout and I thoroughly enjoyed! 25 minutes of straight WORK with no repeat exercises. Throw in a cool down as well and you've got your 30 minutes of exercise for the day. Perfect! Thankyou :)

I just want to say how much I love your workouts, especially the ones for "people who get bored easily." I am a runner, so I DEFINITELY feel like even though I love running, doing it all the time just gets super boring after a while, usually when I am right in the middle of training for a race. I love doing FitnessBlender workouts as cross training, I find they really help me keep up my endurance and strength!

Did it with jump squats section yesterday with full jump squats. At the time I was dying but today I don't feel too sore. I also have stronger legs than anything else (for example, I did the full jump squats but I had to modify the side hip raises). However, I still haven't worked out today so we'll see how that goes lol. Thanks for the awesome non-treadmill cardio!!! Time: 40 minutes (breaks and personal warm-up) Calories Burned: 361 HR max: 190 HR Average:131

When I did this workout on 2nd July, I only could do it until water break and I felt like I was going to die but today on 27th September, I have successfully finished the entire workout and I’m not completely out of breath. I may have taken a 15 Minutes water break though, haha 😅 but I’ve still managed to finish the whole workout. 💪🏾 all it takes is dedication. You can do it too :)

Used and stuck with 7lbs of weights while doing the ones that didn't involve hands or arms like the pop squats... I did this after the other lower body strength training video and I really feel like my legs are on fire!

About a year ago I got a "type 3" sprained ankle (the worst kind) from doing split jumps on fitness blender's day 5 challenge for busy people. It took a good 5-6 months to get running again
