At Home: Cooking Teri Spam Musubi

The first video of our At Home series. This video features our home-made Spam Musubi cooked teriyaki style with shoyu and sugar. This is just our version of Spam Musubi, a local Hawaii favorite. When our children go on field trips, they always ask for Spam Musubi. The video was recorded on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 7:48 a.m.

Spamwich are the best. I cut it thick on the broad side and coat lightly in flour before frying in some oil. It gets crispy. I assemble like a burger with lettuce tomato cucumber and sauce of choice, using slice bread coz it fits almost perfect!
