YES 👏🏻 when I did my first day of jumping rope I didn’t stretch before or after like an idiot and it took me 4 days to recover from extreme soreness with wrapping my knees and ankles. after that I did similar stretches to these BEFORE AND AFTER jumping and then I only had minimal soreness. if your starting out like me I cannot stress enough how important it is to stretch so you can jump right back into your exercise routine without missing days because of pain

if its sore mean you killing it, dont give up skip for 10 min atleast pain will go away slowly.

I'm stuck in another country right now and I somehow didn't forget to bring my JR before I came here. After I found your channel like last month, I never stopped jumping everyday except for a day or 2 rest after a week of JR. Easiest workout and consistency since all the gym is closed but I have JR as my current go to equipment. Keep it coming!

Brandon, that was great! I’ve never really enjoyed yoga before, I think I don’t have the patience, but that was absolutely brilliant, so accessible and no stretch was too long or too difficult for a novice like me to hold! Awesome video. Just started taking up jump rope again. Haven't done it since school and I'm now in my 30's. Was feeling very sore after 30mins jump rope 2 days ago. Found this video and had helped straight away. Bought a half pound and a 1.5 pound rope. Going to be fun!

Great video! Just completed 90k skips in 70 days and starting to get in shape. Shin splints however stay a big obstacle for me and rigorous stretch sessions are the only way to keep it fun!

Love this channel. I’ve been on a weight loss journey and have lost over 60 pounds so far. I’ve recently got into jump rope and love it. I am 49 and weighed 91 kgs. I did jump. Rope from 01/04/2020 started with 100 numbers and raised to 300 numbers.. Last week when i checked my weight it was 88.5 kgs and inch loss of 4 inches. Bot last 2 days my leg were paining and foot soaring. This video is a blessing. Thank you.

I recently got a jump rope and am slowly working on jumping! Thank you so much for all the videos! I have been watching a lot of your videos to make sure I don't hurt myself! I would love some more yoga videos! Any good stretches for knees? I jump horses so my knees are a bit ache already, my chiropractor showed me on stretch for my knees, but I would love any tips you guys have! Thank you!
