Until today i didnt know they did a Hot Toys of ED-209, i just knew they did Robocop and one with Robo in his chair. Seen the Jada toys as well

First off: I like the specs, Joe. Give them a chance. Matchbox toys carry a special nostalgia for me. They were the first things I collected. I was born in 1970. My dad was into toy trains. Every month or so we would hit up a hobby shop in Schenectady, New York. We’d check out the Lionel trains and accessories, and I’d usually get to pick out a Matchbox or two (if I hadn’t already been spoiled with a new train car). I still have most if not all of them, and their boxes. A bunch of SuperFast, but some have the older style wheels. Yeah, Joe got me in the feels this time. Hot Toys are very impressive, but I have no desire to own any of them.

Well, that ED-209 certainly puts my Super7 version in its place…beautiful. Back in the 70s though, every Friday my mum would drag me to the Post Office & I would get to choose a Matchbox car as a reward. So my heart goes with Joe this week. Another great showcase gents, its a broad church this toy collecting lark.

I honestly thought those glasses were the ones you used to see in joke shops, but Benny Hill also sprung to mind, then Cosmo Smallpiece as played by Les Dawson😂😂Awesome Matchbox Superfast car. Got a few myself😁 Nice ED 209 as well👍

Chaps Hot toys and 1/6 collection are more superior than any toy line. it’s bringing your childhood to life its living and breathing your favourite character that as a kid you could not afford and only dreamed toy makers could bring their figures to life. I have the 1966 Batman and robin and now the joker. Nothing comes close to how realistic these figures look and articulation is impressive. Toys have moved on with time and these one day will become grails for future collectors.
