I've been doing this workout now for 3 years and it really works. I am 56 now and it helped me through the menopause and lockdown. I can't recommend a better way to bring yourself health and fitness in just 15 mins a day. This workout changed my life and I can't thank LWR enough for the best standing abs workouts too.

I have put so much weight on the year through depression and mental health issues. I did this today but only managed round 1. I will be back daily doing round one until my body feels able to do round 2. Wish me luck guys 🏋

Good luck to you. What I do is just less of each exercise and slower, that way I can do it all. Each time gets easier, be kind to your self xx

Anyone checking if this works ..I'll try and tell !! 😁 I'm doing this workout +inch loss +arm and I am also following Portion Control. My weight is 56kgs right now (5ft tall) , I'll update after a week and hope it works 😊😊😊😊 fingers crossed 🤞🏼!! Today was the first day and I completed all the 3! 😃😃😃 Edit : it's been a month , I did follow the workout , but just forgot to write it here 😓😂. So , I did not have much time and I only could follow the arm workout and the inch loss , after a month , Right now , I weigh 52kgs (51.9 to be precise ) 😁, just 3 more kgs to lose and I'll reach my goal !!!!! 😃 Edit 2: yesss!! I'm finally down to 49 , took 4 months in total , but I think I'm extending my goal to 45kgs! Never expected I would type this myself , like ..I've just others type all this , about actually losing weight and wishing it was me ..and finally I'm here ..like omggg❤️❤️❤️ !😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Edit 3: I forgot to tell my measurements 😅, silly me . so my waist measured 29inches in the very beginning and right now I'm down to 26.5inches , my arm fat is super stubborn and it's still 27cms itself !!😓 I did those 2 workouts continuously for 30 days and I'm still doing . Will continue till I get my perfect results . What I would like to advice is -don't just do it for one week , go for at least 3-4 weeks to actually see the proper results , I lost 1.5cms from my arms , they're still fat though , and my waist is smaller and I fit better in clothes and some clothes which used to perfectly fit me before are super loose (achievement😁) My abs are seen way more than before and my stomach feels more toned . Everyone I've met lately has been telling my me I look thinner ❤️❤️❤️!! Also , my collar bones are seen clearly now !!!! Yayyy!! If I would do all three , I'd possibly lose more maybe , but I couldn't keep up . But since this one is also Lucy's workout , it should work , and some moves are similar to the arm and inchloss workout ! If u really want to be thin, then do it , I suggest writing day1 ,day2 till day 30 and tick each day ..don't look for results the next day itself 😂! And nutrition is super important, but I'm a foodie and can't give up carbs , chocolates and ice cream ..and so I followed Portion Control which allows you to eat every single thing (chocolates included) and still lose weight and look great !! It was by the dietician Fareeha jay (she has 300K followers on her fb group , Aap ki dietician, meaning Your own dietician) if anyone wants info about portion control , I'm super happy to give and help !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Losing weight not just changes u physically but mentally , I feel more confident , happy and beautiful, even though I've not attained my goal , it just makes you feel happier when u know ur doing something for yourself and that you're worth it 😇😇😇😇!!

Hi Lucy. I have knee arthritis, also lower back pain. Is it safe for me? I am doing 7 minutes challenge belly fat, since 1week. I have lost 1inches . I love ur channel and all exercises. But is it safe for knees. Also which exercise can I do for weight loss.

I just want to say I have been watching your videos and exercising daily 5 times a week. I haven’t lost any weight I think of my hormones but I have lost 2 dress sizes. July 2018 I was a uk size 16 and now November 2018 I’m a size 12/14. I will carry on exercising & hoping to be a size 10/12. Thank you so much for these videos Lucy.

Dear Lucy, I'm on 'Day 4 of your Women's 21 Day Weight Loss Course', (I bought it on Sunday and started it on Monday 7th Dec, 2020), and I've got to say, I'm loving it! I did this 15 minutes full body sculpting/toning routine this morning, and for anyone reading this comment, all I can is that this is a great limbering up/warm-up routine to kick start your day ....' it says what it is on the tin', so to speak, and so the session does cover your full body muscle groups in a lover impact capacity ...brilliant Lucy and thank you ... In 2017 I was at my heaviest and so unhappy so I’m 2018 I started following Lucy’s workouts and by August of that year I had lost 3 stone and felt the happiest I’ve ever felt. And I fell in love with fitness. This year, due to Covid I put on a stone due to giving up on working out. This is my second workout this week, I’m really trying to get back into it! My goal is to get back to where I was before Christmas 🤞🏼

Day 5. Feeling so good! I've been really tightening my stomach when I did the knee up, and I think it's helping out a lot. Day 6. Fit into this black pair of jeans that was too tight, and therefore unfitting, for me to wear Day 7. My stomach is hurting in a good way lol. Keep your muscles alive, guys. Also do the stretching! never skip stretching!

You are absolutely without a doubt my FAVORITE instructor. There's no "cutesy" irritating instructors, everything is doable in a vertical position, no burpees, which to me is the worst anybody can do!

I love not only your workouts but your whole approach to fitness and health. I do your workouts in the morning around my kids and it’s great that they are also picking up a sensible approach to health and fitness. Its all about great nutritious food, moving every day and having fun too. No fad diets or counting calories in this household!

I've been practising some of Lucy's workout for the past 2 months and I have seen changes in myself (both mentally and physically), I am happier with how I look now. As Lucy said before, nutrition does play huge role guys, just be consistent with it. I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE A NEW WORKOUT BY HER. Completed all 3 rounds Fitbit says 197 cal I’m about 250 Ibs, this is an awesome 😎 workout even if your overweight, I also have very bad knees but was still able to do the workout, thanks 🙏 Lucy!

Lucy Wyndham-Read You’re a gem for replying 😊😊😊. I would like to get your input on something. After working out, I find myself drinking a lot of water; nearly a litre sometimes. Is this alright? I’m concerned that this would lead to added water retention and hamper my weight loss efforts.

@@niclclartnic That's great! Keep drinking lots of water even a gallon a day if you can because i causes your body to flush out all of your water weight and you pee it out! causing your to loose more weight! :)

I didn’t dare to try out this work out . But after 8 months of training with you, I finally managed to complete this workout routine. I feel absolutely fabulous. yesss did all of it! really happy with myself ^^ gonna start doing this everyday. I've been working out everyday for the last 2 months, so now that I'm getting stronger I decided to add another video to my session. Good luck to everyone! I used to wear Large, now I'm M and perfectly happy with it. Just wanna get more toned, and also it really is fun to work out lol. Keep doing it guys. Keep a journal, it really helps u look at what u've been doing. Also, shower after work out is the best. I start my morning feeling proud of myself, how cool is that!

Hey Lucy. I am just enjoying some oats and blueberries after completing this workout. I watched it through last night but realised I didn't watch to the end because I was shocked to hear there were three rounds lol. However I managed them as I am on the 4th day of your 21 days women's workout plan. When we got to round three I was just thinking that my knees are going up a little easier on the intervals as my hips became warmer and then you said that we may be finding ourselves getting a little more flexible in this round. I really enjoyed this one and I don't like exercise. Keep up the good work Lucy.

When I first did this workout, I've to take 2-3 breaks in a round. Now I can complete whole 3 rounds without any breaks. My weight hasn't change much. But my stamina has built up a lot. I feel less tiring doing any work. It means, if you can't complete a workout in first time, it doesn't mean you can't complete it anytime. The progress in your body is a slow process. These workouts really work..I have been following 20 minute workout and this 15min workout since last 9 days. No wonder that I have lost 2kg weight and I can clearly see that my body is getting toned. Lucy workouts are really good and any girl can follow these workouts at home. I had been using the elliptical for months, cutting carbs and sugars and saw no results. I started doing your videos everyday and saw immediate results! I lost five pounds the first week. Weight lost slowed down after the first week but results keep showing. I'm now a month in I'm down over ten pounds and i reccomend your videos to everyone! Thank you Lucy so much! I've done the ones to loose 1-2 off tummy and a mix of others but seems like i need more of a challenge to get the results i want to loose this belly fat. Any recommendations?

Lucy - I have been following you now for about 2 years ( was there for when you hit the million subscribers🥳🥳)! @@GSylgn no all i ate a normal healthy-ish diet and the weight started coming off. in the first couple of months i lost 15 lbs and was really dedicated to working out. then i got caught up in the business of life and wasn't working out as much but still managed to shed some weight by walking and not over eating.

Love love your videos. I am postpartum 3 months I do your workouts 7 days one day off than repeat finished today my 7 days.i lost some weight but the cloth fits good. Losing weight it’s not easy when your pear shape I love this video way you show the areas we working. I want build upper body and loss bottom. Thank you Lucy

Day 12. One thing I noticed is that I'm starting to sleep better. No more waking up few, sometimes several, times during the night Day 13. So much more energy! I even feel like doing workout before I go to bed lol Day 14. Wow, almost done. I'm gonna skip just one day tomorrow, and do the last day on the day after tomorrow. My left arm has been hurting a bit, so I think I should listen to my body and rest. Will do some relaxing stretching.

i came here from the 7 minute workout challenge and i really did lose an inch off my waist i honestly thought it was a scam but it really did work! I was already a normal weight but i wanted to tone up and feel less lethargic and more healthy and it does work!

Just a little word of warning. On the second exercise, I tore a Calf Muscle. I did my stretching prior to work out, it was just a case of trying to keep up! Lucy did mention ( on the last round lol) that you don't have to go as quickly as her. If your a little older like me and not used to too much exercise- Just be careful and slow down if you have to!!

lucy ❤️ u I do ur workouts every day it feels so good once u done ✅ and i am doing 3 or 4 of ur workouts at least 5 times a week so about 40 minutes every day and i relly want to thank you 🙏🏻 and really appreciate ur hard work i am mother of 3 kids iam 27 and i want to be in shape so ur videos helped me alot even i have a treadmill at home but i get bored 😐 if i use that so i like to do ur workouts and it’s fun for me now tanx aging 😊

Done! Can't believe i sweated 'cause it seems so easy and for beginners. I often do videos of Millionaire Hoy, Fitnessblender etc. But this works well and raises heart beats.

I did it today !! It was my first day and i felt like puking after completing today's session !! Round 1 & 2 were okay but i was dead at the end of round 3 !! Still I'll continue it for a week and tell if there was any difference in my body 💫

I love You Lucy 😅❤ just 10 days in and my body has changed so much it’s ridiculous 🎉🎉 worth mentioning I am 39 years old . I haven’t lost weight yet which which I am surprised considering my body looks so nice right now , but I guess in a bit of time it will show in the scale 😊

Thank you for your workout videos. I hadn’t done a workout for a while, did this one after quite a long time. I love that it’s doesn’t feel too difficult, I know I can complete it (even though I haven’t worked out for a long time). I feel like I can do this daily or at least a few times a week.

Day 8. The second set is the hardest >.< Day 9. Just keep telling yourself that you'll only do it 3 times, except the knee kicking one. Just 1,2,3. It goes real fast Day 10. Getting easier! Yessss Day 11. Second set is not hard anymore. I love how I can just feel my stamina getting better. 3rd set just flies by. Only 4 days left!
