Ok sorry i got few personal problems (but no i didn’t die :)) Anyway i still did it and lost 1kg (but i didn’t ate really healthy) So im doing it again this week and im trying to do it in the morning and to eat really healthy :))) Btw thank you all so much for the motivation comments Monday : really cool i liked it Tuesday : it was really early so i was tired but it did wake me like really good Wenesday : really cool Thursday : i went running instead Friday : tired but it was ok :) Saturday : damn it hit hard but worth it ! Sunday : sweaty but effective Résult : I lost a little less than 2kg (i really recommand to do it guys !!!!)

accountability thread! sw: 196 lbs 🤢 (heaviest i’ve ever been) waist: 35 in lower belly: 38 3/4 in hips: 46 in thigh: 27 1/2 in day 1 (3/13): did both part 1 and part 2, sides of my abs hurt, guess that’s how you know it’s working! day 2 (3/14): worked out this morning, didn’t do great with food yesterday, overate and had a lot of calories, trying to keep a positive mind, every day is a new day. thank you for interacting, helped me come back this morning! day 3 (3/15): working out has been going good, but i’ve actually gained weight and it’s stressing me out??? i checked my waist measurement and it’s the same, but i’m now 199 lbs. trying not to get discouraged, but i guess gaining weight is just one more reason i shouldn’t stop. going to start restricting what i eat more, will report back tomorrow! day 4 (3/16): worked out this morning even though it was very cold, weighed myself and i’m at 198 so at least i’m not gaining anymore. honestly feeling really good about doing these in the morning, might extend to 14 days instead of 7 to really get some results day 5 (3/17): FINALLY SEEING SOME RESULTS, at 197.5, that’s down 2.5 pounds in 5 days!!! work outs are getting easier and easier, just gotta keep at it and get going! day 6 (3/18): LETS GOOOO done w day 6, one more day to go! day 7: skip day 8: just worked out, gonna keep going for 14 days bc i honestly have not been eating well, so my results are underwhelming, trying to change my mindset from hard and fast to slow and steady, let’s see how this goes day 9: skip :/ (was hung over, went on a hike and dancing so i burned a lot i think 😳 day 10: woke up early and started working out, every day is day 1! interact so i keep coming back!!

You're doing it for your mental wellbeing, fitness and health as well. Hi! I was doing this workout when I was in 8th grade and I lose 7-8kg while doing lucy's workout for 3 months, don't be hesitant because this works. Now I'm in 10th grade I started doing her workouts again and for 3 weeks I lose 3.5 inches off my waist and I also lose 1-2kg of my weight (well I'm not just doing this workout but also her arm and legs workouts) I also did fasting, yall should start working out rn. You can do it! Btw I'm 16 years old and I am healthy as ever!

*double chin or jaw fat reduction* I have been doing her 7 days challenge and 8 minutes HIIT, 4 days in a week for 1 month now (plus clean eating) and completely got rid of my double chin :) 6 months Updates: when I started I was size XL, now I am size M. However, my belly isn't flat (it feels tight) and I haven't lost any weight ( I was 54, now I am 56). My arms and legs are toned.... Honestly, I never had them in such a beautiful shape💘💘. As for belly, I think it is because I don't stick to one routine (Lucy suggested 7 days, 7 minutes ab exercise). I have lower back problem so I mix 2 days abs with 2 days legs.

It’s so true!! I wasted hundreds of dollars on a gym membership and a trainer and wasn’t seeing results and I hated it. Lucy actually has made me love working out and within one week I’ve seen more results with her then I have in 6 months of the gym!! Wish I could get my money back haha.

@@vyshnavigupta9418 I just watch my calories and I eat twice a day most of the time. I do the 7 exercises without break(the intermediate one). Don't give up. you will eventually be able to do the 7 exercises. Every other day, add 1 more exercise.

Summary below ✂️ day 1 : chill day 2 : still chill day 3 : im exhausted af ... but still okay but i dont wanna move day 4 : im okay , maybe day 5 : pain is killing me , my LEGS T____T day 6 : *death inside* day 7 : FRESH, i dunno know why but i feel addicted to do this workout everyday even im tired from anything / but RESULT after day 4 is very WOW my waist from 35 inch to 33 inch hip 44 to 43 thigh 24 to 22 GOD / Explain what i got what i feel this is THE BEST THING EVER , i have tried many videos from others but it’s too hard for me because im fat and barely exercise and they aren’t flexible, Lucy have 2 choices for us, beginner and intermediate, that help us to know even we dont strict and try to push hard, the result still come out similarly (dont know how to explain lol) I use beginner and intermediate mixed , choose what you’re necessary and dont think too much , just fun with it and it may be fun more if you look at lucy do things because she smile all time and will make you feel joy CONCLUSION : THIS WORK lol really work , these are result from mine waist : -3 inch hip : -1.5 inch thigh : -2 inch I follow up this video but dont strict that each move must end in 1 minute , i count the quantity that i could do in (around) 1 minute instead. For example, move five have to do two sides, i do each side 30 times and it would end around 1 (+-) minute. REMINDER : this video will help you loss fast but it’s not longer , even you do this 7 days, you have to workout continue to maintain. THANKS LUCY 🤩

Starting weight : 202.4lbs Day 1:✔️ Day 2:✔️ Day 3:✔️ Day 4:✔️ Day 5:✔️ So far it's not looking good. I've incorporated intermittent fasting, cut back on calories, and did this twice a day with a few minutes of walking. Finishing up the last two days though.. Day 6:✔️ Day 7:✓ I finished the 7 days and incorporated her other 7 day video with 20 minutes of cardio and noticed no results. My diet wasn't the greatest, but I was in a caloric deficit while working out.

Jade P I was eating KFC , samyang noodles and other stuff while doing these workouts and still managed to lose weight and bellyfat. Lucy’s workouts are one of the few which have such fast results. Maybe you should try another diet instead if intermittend fasting, maybe just eat normal but healthy. And maybe try doing Lucy’s 20 minute workout instead of just cardio. Or a combination of her belly fat 1, belly fat 2 (this video) and drop a size. Or her boost your metabolism workout. Sometimes other problems like stress, hormones and lack of sleep can also interfere. Whish you all the best

I think this is possible. I get rid of snacks and drinks,I eat my meals regularly but I just eat a small portion. I drink atleast 5 cups of water everyday and do workouts.

I’ll give you an update every day (134 pounds) I’m 15 (Btw I wake up at 7am and use the treadmill for 30 mins, after having lunch I do this exercise, and later at night I use the treadmill again) Day 1, Wednesday: did make me sweat, I did feel the burn! Day 2, Thursday: Day 3, Friday: Day 4, Saturday: Day 5, Sunday: Day 6, Monday: Day 7, Tuesday: I also resist a lot of junk food, I drink 8 water bottles a day!

gonna start today and i'll update each day, i swear i even set a timer beginning: waist: 29.5 inches Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ already lost half an inch but i have been doing chloe ting and gabriella whited exercises too Day 3:✅ exercised twice today( abt 2 hrs in total) but didn’t repeat this exercise. I did eat some spaghetti tho🤦🏽♀️ Day 4: ✅ worked out for two hours again bc im worried i will gain weight during the 4th of July. You shouldn't work out for so long every day. 2 hours is ALOT. Just giving my 2 cents your body could be just hanging on to water or you could be gaining muscle so the way you look could have changed but not so much through the measuring tape

How do you managed to stay on keto? I couldnt do it after 2 weeks as i was craving for carbs and where i am from, carbs are staple.. I am on carbs diet now with veges n protein but i hv stopped losing weight as i have reached plateau of my weight loss journey. I want to go on keto again just to have restart on my weight loss but i am scared of the cravings of carbs..

blablablablyful its not easy especially since im hispanic and we eat rice everyday. I just followed a ton of keto recipes and i stopped buying bread and pastas and anything that had carbs on it. If you cant go cold turkey into keto I recommend just cutting out carbs slowly until you completely cut them out. I ate some granola and very small servings of rice until i was able to completely cut them out. Theres a lot of substitutes to replace the carbs you eat like zucchini noodles and califlower rice (i dont like califlower tho)

I'm gonna start today. I'll do the first lose belly fat video in the nights and this one in the mornings. Update on Valentine's day. UPDATE: So I did the first 7 minute workout last year and lost 0 inches. Nada. Zilch. And, yeah, I was very disappointed so I quit doing it. But, I did this workout and the first workout everyday and even my stubborn belly fat reacted. I lost 1 inch around my waist and none from my hips (thank God)

This seems easy. Let's do it. Day 1- Okay, well it's not. NOT AT ALL. Took a 30 seconds breaks in between. Day 2- Completed the entire set without any break but it was not easier. Day 3- Sweating like anything but less tiring than before. Also I felt body pain in the morning. But that's okay. You know its working. Day 4- Sorry for late update though. Sweating but it was a bit easier so I did the intermediate excercise of the first one and beginner of others. Day 5- Done Day 6- Done

I worked out for a year and took a month's break for an entrance exam and I put on quite a bit of the weight I had lost. Face looks chubby, I can feel my butts gain that fat back, bingo wings are back... I haven't lost hope. Having spent most of my adult life overnight and unhappy with my appearance, dieting then putting on weight then dieting again, I got to my 50s and was, frankly, scared of exercising as I feared I was just so out of condition that I would fail miserably. I'm so glad I found your workouts! I started with the workout for your heart and managed that ok (it was hard but doable) then after a few days thought I'd try your 7 minute workout that suggested a 1-2 inch loss around your tummy. After 7 days I've lost 1.5" around my waist and lost 4 kg - Yay! The best thing is that I have no excuse whatsoever to skip a day - no-one can argue that they can't find 7 minutes, so I do it every day. I mix with your other low impact videos (I'm hoping to manage a high impact one soon) and today your follow on video was a total body sculpt so I went on and did that too - amazing! I haven't yet found a workout that I don't like. I've made a playlist to play alongside your instruction and off I go! You are an inspiration, for once I've found something that I know I will keep doing - thank you

i’m gonna keep y’all updated everyday: (doing this for more then 7 days) day 1- i started off with the beginners workout (the one of the left) & it was pretty easy. i’m also doing this in the evening and the one from last year in the morning. day 2- went pretty well wasn’t hard & i did this one 2 times today, not seeing a difference just yet but it’s only day 2 so there’s time day 3- i did this 3 times today and it was so much easier today than it has been in the past(: day 4- i did this twice today and it was easy i’m starting to see a little bit of a difference day 5- a little bit sore but it was way better! did this twice today

Alright. 7 days starts now. Waist line: 28.5 in.; Diet: 15 hour fasting + reduced carbs Day 1: ✅ (Although I dont really feel anything- just a lot of sweating- I’m pretty confident about this) Day 2: ✅ (Oh god.... I feel the burn now 🔥 haaaAhhh I’ve never sweat so much in my entire life [that’s because i did more than one of Her workouts] Other than that, I feel pretty good) Day 3: ✅ (I’m kinda feeling some changes this time. Like, I’m starting to feel my stomach getting tighter and I’m getting some muscle cramps but that’s a good sign for me. If you pland on doing this, I suggest you do this somewhere hot therefore you sweat more. I’m no expert but I think it works even better. WE GOT THIS!) Day 4: ✅ (For 4 days, I’ve been doing this workout together with her arm and thigh workout which makes that a total of 21 minutes and I am a beginner. I’ve never worked out before so now...... My sweat is dripping on the floor.) Day 5: ✅ (Drank at least 2 liters of water, honestly I’m so dehydrated but hey, it’s day 5. I’m almost done. Gotta push through) Day 6: ✅ (When i started this, i was actually eating mainly healthy foods and I reduced my calorie and sugar intake but today, I started eating unhealthy again, so what i did was: i did this workout plus her arm, thigh, back, and belly fat part 1 so I worked out for at least 30 minutes. I mean, it’s only fair because i started to eat some sugar-y food today. Also i had terrible TERRIBLE sweats) Day 7: ✅ (DONE! Finally done‼️ I actually didn't sweat as much this time. I'm SO relieved I'm done. My muscle cramps are much better today. They still hurt but not like a few days ago. As for results; since I started eating unhealthy since day 5, I don't expect that i lost that much to my waist. But I actually lost ONE INCH to my waist. I'm shocked! I'm going to continue this. I'm probably gonna make this a daily routine. This one in the AM and the first one at night....)

I noticed losing .05 kilos every 2 days, but I also stop eating after sunset, sleep at 10 pm & excersize right b4 going 2 bed. Eat breakfast 8 or 9 am, no sugars, & no white bread. When i'm stressed I walk, & I try 2b cool & relax not to spike my glucose just from being mad. 😊

You are truly gifted! You make the things look and feel so easy yet at the end of each workout you notice the work in your body and the lift in the mood too. I had given up on gyms, I'm 55, with hypothyroidism and menopause, all the hormones were against me, but thank God for you. I can happily follow your videos!! Thank you and God BLESS YOU!

I will be doing this and report my results! Day 1: pretty easy but got difficult moving on. Felt amazing after. No changes. Day 2: again it was easy but my throat was dry. Had to drink some water. No changes yet. Edit: hey guys! Sorry but i forgot to edit the other days but id say that this works really well! I recommend doing this in the morning, afternoon, and night to get better progress. I lost some pounds and im feeling confident! 100% recommend!!!

Been doing the 2 7 day challenges last week and this week and added the love handles workout in the last 3 days and I’ve noticed a massive increase in my energy levels and I’m moving so much easier. After having a disc injury a few years ago I never thought I’d move this well again. I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips and I feel great!

I been doing this 5 days but haven’t commented but on reflection I have had some unexpected little life wins since, from earning an extra $150 on day 3 too getting out of the blue phone call from my car dealership to say they have my cat keys!... I thought I’d lost them forever 2019 but seems they were there!... it cost $250 for a new set!... there’s much more good to come I can feel it! I’m so grateful🙏 😇

I did this workout with the other challenge for 4 days now. I was 29.9 and now I am 29.3. given I had pizza, burger, pastry and ice cream on all these days. This is quite a surprise!!!! Now I will do it with a clean diet.

Okay so I'm going to record my results on here! I'm trying to get fit over quarantine!! From tomorrow I'm going to be doing this workout and the 7 minute leg workout aswell💕 *I'm also calorie counting and eating better* Weight: 69kg Belly in inches: 35 Legs in inches: 22.5 Height: 5"2 Day one: ✅ It wasnt to hard, definitely got me out of breath and sweating a bit but overall felt quite energised! Day two:✅ today was quite hard I did both this workout and the leg one, I was really tired and I could really feel the burn today :( and I may have not completed all exercises best to my ability but I still pushed through and did them all 🙂 Day three: ✅ today was easier then yesterday but I didnt do the leg one I just did this one, i am seeing slight changes not loads but slightly, I'm also struggling to find motivation to do these workouts but I'm still gonna push through! I'm also not sweating as much, so I think I need to push myself harder 🙂 Day four: Day five: Day six: Day seven: Cant wait for the results🥳

I've been doing these challenges nearly every day (one of them once a day) since May (now it's August), and have not lost any centimeters. I have tried to control my eating, without changing my diet and lost about 1,5 kilo. I'm over 50 and have a fluffy figure :-) But I'm not crying. I feel stronger, more flexible and I sleep better at night. The exercises are so easy to do and I tell myself it's only seven minutes - you can do it. And then I do. Afterwards i take a cup of coffee and pats my shoulder. So i will continue, the feeling of getting stronger and more flexible is the best reward.

Try it with a full day of a break after three days - I did that . It lost two inches off belly fat like that .

I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now and it’s been doing wonders for me. I came here from that girl from tik tok and it was the best choice I ever made and the only exercise that works for me. I started off at 145 lbs but I haven’t weighed myself yet. I will soon!!

@@julianna7969 hey! Yeah I did and I’m down to 135 lbs!!! I’m so proud of myself. I’ve been doing this for a month and have seen changes! If you consistently do both series of the 7 minute workout and eat well, you’ll start to see changes too. Trust me I’m very picky and hesitant when it comes to exercising vids cause they often don’t work for me but this one does. I hope it goes well for you if you start (:

@@sindyh9780 It honestly depends on your own body. I wouldn’t say that I’ve lost so much weight in the one week of starting this. But you see gradual changes in your body. I do it 5 times a week because I’m busy the last 2 days. I’ve been drinking more water and maintaining a good calorie count (1,00-1,200; depending on your weight!) in terms of weight loss I haven’t lost much but I have lost inches to my waist
