Worked for a paint and body shop in the late 90’s, was and still am amazed at what a good fresh coat of paint can do to a vehicle. Some say it’s art, some say it’s science, I always called it magic! Good lucking Blazer, and love the Orange flavor!

I LOVE the 'shade' of orange! Now that the bay is empty, perhaps a thorough cleanup is a good idea? Maybe even adding a garage door opener at the same time would be a sensible idea? BTW: Moms don't stay young forever and freak injuries happen more often the older one gets!

@chadsfab June 2020 & Mom December 23 , it's been a rough few years, now living in this house with all the memories, it's just to much! But we're Looking at a new house on Friday, time for new memories and new beginning, 49 now and it's time to travel, more offroad trips, especially the trek from Long Island NY to MOAB, California etc, I built my Tacoma S.A.Swap to take us pretty much anywhere! My dad was born in 1943 and was a Oldschool New Yorker , he would say "Your Truck has Shoulders!" He loved his family, friends and Country, he couldn't be more proud of his service and being a American! As we should, and when we leave NY, and people ask "Where are you guys from? " I answer like my dad would "America 🇺🇸 " so we gotta get out and see our country! Thanks for asking, I've watched you guys and your related channels, you guys are some good people, living here in NY, I'm sick of the Anti American BS that goes on here, but as an American, it's their right, just love when I can get far away from it, 1 of the main reason I offroad, you meet the nicest people in our great country

She's looking good!! 👍 & Chad, yes your parting saying rings true with me ATM, I've just quite my job (after a workplace accident, no fault of my own) I just wasn't every comfortable there after taking the job on, because I was forced to as I needed the money. There is soooo much more to life. Something will work out, I'm sure of it!! You guys a re so good at leading by example, we all know things can take time, this is proof of that (even though there is still a little ways to go!) thanks for sharing. Lookon' good! 👍 Back in 1971, I was 16 and working a summer job at a Chevy dealership in between my junior and senior high school years. The Blazers came in with little more than the same interior you guys had in there to move your Blazer to the paint booth: driver's seat, steering wheel, shifter, pedals, and the basic dash. Everything else was an "option" to be installed by the dealer... including the front passenger seat, rear bench seat, and carpeting. Heck, even the spare tire, jack, and tire iron were options! Of course, the trucks we got already had the front clip, hood, doors, tailgate, windows, door trim, and tops installed. I think the heater and, if equipped, AC were intalled. We "lot boys" dreaded taking Blazers thru our car wash because the tops often were only loosely installed and would leak! We'd get soaked! I don't know if they arrived at other dealers like that, but in Colorado we were selling a lot of them (in spite of the gas shortages at the time).... all we could get, as fast as they could build and ship them to us. That may be why they came in stripped and rather "rough." When it's done, your Blazer is going to be soooooo much nicer than they were when new!
