I LOVE the 'shade' of orange! Now that the bay is empty, perhaps a thorough cleanup is a good idea? Maybe even adding a garage door opener at the same time would be a sensible idea? BTW: Moms don't stay young forever and freak injuries happen more often the older one gets!

Worked for a paint and body shop in the late 90’s, was and still am amazed at what a good fresh coat of paint can do to a vehicle. Some say it’s art, some say it’s science, I always called it magic! Good lucking Blazer, and love the Orange flavor!

Lookon' good! 👍 Back in 1971, I was 16 and working a summer job at a Chevy dealership in between my junior and senior high school years. The Blazers came in with little more than the same interior you guys had in there to move your Blazer to the paint booth: driver's seat, steering wheel, shifter, pedals, and the basic dash. Everything else was an "option" to be installed by the dealer... including the front passenger seat, rear bench seat, and carpeting. Heck, even the spare tire, jack, and tire iron were options! Of course, the trucks we got already had the front clip, hood, doors, tailgate, windows, door trim, and tops installed. I think the heater and, if equipped, AC were intalled. We "lot boys" dreaded taking Blazers thru our car wash because the tops often were only loosely installed and would leak! We'd get soaked! I don't know if they arrived at other dealers like that, but in Colorado we were selling a lot of them (in spite of the gas shortages at the time).... all we could get, as fast as they could build and ship them to us. That may be why they came in stripped and rather "rough." When it's done, your Blazer is going to be soooooo much nicer than they were when new!
