Some people shouldn't be around children if their existence somehow makes them lose all reason. MiL was definitely not in her right mind when she saw Lily just being a child and lashed out at her (mental illness is no excuse for abuse). Good thing the parents sent MiL away to protect Lily.

What his mother did was wrong but something must have triggered her to want to hit her grand child. Mental illness does not come with a warning sign but you know something is wrong when a person changes. In this case she wanted help but she did not know how to ask for help so instead she hit her granddaughter you did right by protecting your child. In the end you did the right thing by getting her help hopefully she understand what she did by hurting her granddaughter time heal all wounds and all of you will make it, take care.🌍👍🌍😘🌍🙏🌍🍀🌍💯🌍

I am sorry, but what was Lily doing in Mrs. Haros's room? Then Lily takes her money! Lily has a problem as well as Mrs. Haros. Lily is being coddled. But slapping is not the answer. And telling Lily it's okay because she is a child is not okay either. Lily calling any person a witch is unacceptable also! Lily needs to learn boundaries. Mrs. Haros needs help also!

Agree with what you said . Even though what Mrs Haros did was wrong , I agree with her that MC is being soft on Lily . So what Lily is a child , she need to know she cannot enter people room . All MC do is calm Lily down by saying it is ok . Wonder why Lily not in daycare .
