This Turkmen-language news broadcast from Turkmenistan TV in November, 2012, documents a visit by the Smithsonian delegation and American performance groups to the Main State Museum of the National Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. It includes interviews with Dr. Paul Michael Taylor of the Smithsonian and others, as they visited the Museum during the "U.S. Culture Days in Turkmenistan" held in Ashgabat from November 23-25, 2012. The Smithsonian delegation included conservator Dr. Hanna Szcepanowska (who presented seminars on Museum conservation) and Smithsonian curator / program director Dr. Paul Taylor; other participants included New York's Ari Roland Jass Group (Ari Roland, Keith Balla, Zaid Nasser, and Chris Byars); the Clinton Curtis Band, also of New York (Clinton Curtis, Justin Goldner, Geoff Countryman, Andrew McLean, and Gray Reinhard); and the all-female Bluegrass band, the Della Mae Group (Della Mae, Kimber Ludiker, Celia Woodsmit, Shelby Means, Jenni Lyn, and Courtney Hartman).
