I know babies can take this but am not sure exactly what months they can. Also it all depend on what month you start to give your baby solid food. Average I think from 6 months going. Also your doctor can give you a perfect month to start. Hope this helps 🙏

Yes you can use coconut milk or any milk you prefer

Not sure , I haven't tried it with oats before. This recipe is made with rice and tiger nut, but you can try it with the oats, maybe you might like it.

Hello Mary, try not to add too much water when blending the tigernut. The more water you add when blending the lighter it becomes when you cook it. So just add little water when blending. Few suggestions :You can bake with it, you can also add it to your Oatmeal and cook it, you can also make smoothie with it, but make sure you don't add the rice chaff when making the smoothie. Hopes this suggestions help.
