LAMUGEE MILET DRINK RECIPE (ZONKOM/KUNOO)

Lamugee milet drink is a popular Ghanaian drink amongst the Northern part of Ghana. it has lots of health benefits of which I have listed in my video and it will be of great interest to you. it's creamy, sweet and healthy. In some part of Nigeria we cook part of it, then add the uncooked part, allow it to stay for 6 to 12 hours before filtering . Thanks for sharing
