My interpretation: The ladies moving the dolly by themselves implies that they are directing their own life in their own terms. While doing so they come across people who are too depressed to move on, encourages them to change! In any moving shot you can always see the camera in the reflection with one or two girls operating the dolly. At 0:54 Mizyu briefly gets out of her directing chair to give a pose with the office man and then moves back to the dolly. Even at 1:52 you can see a quick reflection of Rin and Mizyu driving the dolly in the mirror.

Personally to me this reminds me a lot of something like persona, or like a dragon infinite wealth, kind of like ichiban kasuga if that makes sense😅. Just someone that isn’t scared of being who they are and telling people it’s okay to be yourself and it’s okay to be different and that change is a good thing. Just be different be who you are and if people don’t like it that’s okay it’s the world that needs to change and move forward not you.

I really cant put a finger on it, but this girls are real phenomenon for me.
