There’s a trade off with performances. If you’re not playing any instruments live (thinking & coordination burns calories too), you have to have a reason as to why. It’s similar to Baby Metal’s setup. The issue with this setup is that these groups who do not play, their own music/instruments are replaceable. You just fill them in with new dancers who sing to synced tracks so it’s consistent every live performance, which is essentially their main role. It’s sort of like a drill team. An opera performer going for 3 hours probably requires more stamina and endurance than what is basically, a Zumba class (which is what this is).

The practice AG goes through and the dancing during performances…they must be the fittest group in all of music. Also, Rin is final boss level here.

One thing I love about this girl group is that they are unique from anyyyy other girl group I know, they dont shy away from breaking boundaries of showcasing different dancing style and not following the typical "cute, girly, feminine" choreo like any other groups.

my only criticism is the lighting is too dark especially when they are in dark skirts. I love their Choreo! Its always so high energy and fun to watch!
