In all seriousness - the Jackson family had very impressive communication/persuasion skills. Mama Jackson facilitated a prisoner exchange and Slobbery, Itchy Jackson managed to sweet talk a guy into handing over his knife (at 28:45) on his way to a court case.

Last time someone said that Dave just said "fine, we'll put them in the middle" and awaited all the replies that were like "well I didn't mean THAT"... if you don't want to listen to ads, just hit fast forward until they are talking about history and then rewind some, it's not rocket surgery. People pay them good money to put in all those ads I skip over, in return for which we all get the content for free - I'm ok with that

Dave the first time he honestly talks about Jackson: One of the greatest Presidents ever. Gareth: he's such a badass. They join a communist/socialist group called All Things Comedy, suddenly they're forced to talk about how they hate him. These two are such phonies and sellouts. I hate what The Dollop has become. Ive read a lot about Jackson and no matter how many dives I take, Im always taken aback, at just what a full blown bloodthirsty psychopath he was. Like Im very sorry to his countless historical victims but part of me is like, "ok thats an impressive level of blood rage from a not that ancient historical figure"
@nicholasmaxwell98994 жыл бұрын
LOL no kidding man haha great comment! Just admit that you love and admire him. I do! I don't care how he would be judged in our time. Judging historical figures by today's standards is COWARDICE. Obviously for his time he wasn't too evil because the people LOVED him. I look at him as a force of nature. A man who, while a product of his time, imposed his will on life, for the betterment of the country he loved. To me he's definitely one of the top 5 greatest presidents ever, and a fantastic masculine role model.
