These are the best videos I have come across, great detail, no nonsense, all class. I'm just having some trouble with the swing, is it wristy? do you pull it a little? do you prop your body back a little when you hit it?

I shoot off either. Depending on both how much protection of the ball is required to keep a defender from touching it away, and whether or not i have time to shift my body weight onto my right foot.

Shooting off the left foot is easier when on the run, as it's easier to put your left foot forward. If you tried to put your right foot forward on the run, you would slow your body, and the ball would be still travelling in front of you. Right foot forward probably gives you more power to the shot, as the left foot forward constricts you somewhat.

Thanks guys this is a great video but I'm pretty sure I've done all of the things now after watching it a couple of times, but I almost always hit it straight over the goal and I realized that it went lower alot more if I got really low but when I hit it and followed through I brought my body up. It may have been a fluke but I'm pretty sure this helps and I was just wanting your opinion on that. Thanks
