I notice you think Christianity is in the same as Islam, that could not be farther from the truth. The Christian faith is not a religion. Religion is men trying to please God trough good works. The Christian faith acknowledges that there is nothing of ourselves that we can do for God . Salvation is a free gift there is nothing you need to do. The change is inward and organic through you accepting The Lord Jesus as your savior. We are tripartite beings with a body, a soul, and spirit. Our body is our physical self. The soul is the mind, emotion, and will. The spirit is the conscience, intuition and the ability to fellowship with God. God became a man to win to save your soul. He lived a perfect life on the earth 33.5 years and was crucified died and God resurrected Him from the dead. He then became the life giving Spirit that gives life to our spirit. He lives in us, in that third part I mentioned, to organically impart himself into us. This is the only way you can love your enemy. This is the only way you can turn the other cheek. The Bible calls us children of God. In us there lives the hope of glory. I will pray for you that you may come to the know Christ. May God who knit you in your mother’s womb and knows you by name open the eyes of your understanding in Christ Jesus our Lord that you may see and repent unto salvation. Soften your heart and believe in Him who’s name is above every name The Lord Jesus Christ. Amen 🙏

CP and AS are having dialogue in a very friendly and civil manner. I used to be like AS when I was a Hindu debating my Christian friend for many years . But having to read the bible myself and applying to daily life as much as I can does make sense . Later when I became Christian myself , it was then I experienced Christ . It is something that you have to be there for you to experience. It cannot be explain by any logics. It is like going on a roller coaster. You can only feel the ride and the excitement when you ride it by yourself and not by listening someone ‘s experience. The experience of having relationship with Christ is inexplicable until you personally feel it. That is why it is difficult for a true Christian to come out of Christianity. I am not talking about Sunday Christians . Cheers .

If they didn't get that after decades of praying and preaching, why not? There is something like 16 million Mormons that claim to talk with God directly, get replies to their prayers and they say Joseph Smith was a prophet. Do you think they are correct also? At some point in the conversation, I was really amazed at how Sameer said he believes in the 'big bang' which he started studying only after leaving islam & his proofs are Einstein, Hubble? Telescope, expanding universe, relativity etc ( which in my opinion is 'recent' history). I can hear it in his voice how he is awed by such revelations, believing in it (hook, line & sinker) though he has never personally experience, seen, touch, smell or handled those things in which he chooses to believe in. He never met Einstein but choose to believe in him & his writings about this universe that we live in, isn't that some level of 'faith' - in a man. So I'm amazed that Sameer choose NOT to believe in the Creator - no faith in Him & His writings, recorded over thosands of years now - from the Genesis to the Revelation - about this very same universe that we live in, even though he has not seen, touch or handled this Creator.. What LOGIC is this? I think you should take a seat, have a quiet moment with yourself & examine your mind & heart as to how you CHOOSE to have 'faith' in one set of beliefs & ' no faith' at all in another, using the same logical reasoning as stated above. Abdullah Sameer it is my prayer that the LORD God Omnipotent, Creator of the heavens, the earth & this great, big universe bring your body, soul & spirit into true faith in Him & in HIM ONLY. I leave with you the PEACE of the Lord Jesus, a precious asset for every soul that CHOOSES to believe in Him, in this forever changing world & as He rightly said in Jn 20:29 "..... blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed" . So your argument is that we should have faith in a book that says earth is about 6000 years old, when we have living trees that are almost 10 000 years old? The definition of faith is "firm belief in something for which there is no proof", this is the opposite to science that demands evidence for all it's claims. People who believe in science also change their minds when new convincing evidence is found, while religious people don't seem to ever change their mind even if their claims don't match with the evidence. I'm not saying there is no God, but I'm saying if the Bible is his word, it certainly been written in a way that doesn't make it obvious and it instead very much seems like a book written by fallible humans. There is clear contradictions in the Bible which are hard to reconcile with the idea of it being the direct inerrant word of the all knowing God who created this universe.

If one spicies evolved to another over millenia, the fosil record must have tholusands, if not millions of fosils that are neither one nor the next spicies. However, he believed it will just be a matter of time when these transitional fossils would be found (Hence proponents of the theory tried to invent missing links - E.g. Piltdown Man hoax). No one has yet discovered any species that is neither one nor the other. If/when these are discovered, we have a basis to accept the theory closer to scientific fact. Until then we have to keep an open mind.

Interesting...However, keep in mind, the way "They" make the death rate of cancer lower is when someone is treated for cancer and survives for several years and then dies the death certificate doesn't state cause of death as "Cancer". Great debate, and great questions from Abdullah. He brought up an excellent point: there are far too many fake "christians" walking around out there who claim that "I saw Jesus in a dream...and I converted!" If someone converts just because of a dream, then that is the sign of a very weak mind. Dreams are simply one's subconscious speaking; it could be they KNOW deep down that Christianity is correct, so the dream is the validation they need. But Christianity is a thinking-man's religion; if you cannot UNDERSTAND the basis of the message and how that relates to the human experience with God, then no "dream" will help you. Abdullah asks about the miracles recorded by Jesus, "how do we know they are real?" For this, you have to understand what happened next; EVERY APOSTLE OF JESUS who saw these testified that they were true...and they ALL DIED FOR IT (except one, Saint John). These people did not gain anything monetarily; they all died in poverty and brutally. They had in fact NOTHING to gain by saying this was true: the "church" did not exist then...they began it. So, why would 12 people testify to seeing these miracles knowing they (and their families) would die for it? Answer this, and that is your proof.

Sameer cancer success rate is measured by the shrinkage of tumour and not so much longevity. In other words they shrunk the tumour it is considered as success but the patient has died.

As Psalms used it as a means of explaining how He makes a chaotic settlement into a renewed state. Psalm 107:35 - He turns a desert into pools of water, and a dry land into flowing springs. Perhaps, this is an allegory?
