@GoodBreezy Moments yes of course I will convert to Christianity if the real Jesus will return and there will be actual unaltered video that the real Jesus performed miracles, otherwise until then I'm not going to convert. Meaning 99.999999999999% never converting to Christianity. Yes there is a very very slight discrete tiny miniscule that your Jesus is real, but then the same goes for literally every other thing that has no proof, and don't tell me that we have "proof" that Jesus was the son of God, or even that Jesus existed, there's zero viable proof that he did. Plus, do you really think he going to come back? Where did it say that, muh Bible? Yes no, the Bible is retarded and definitely not proof of anything, whatever it says is fallible, and don't tell me that there were "prophecies" in them because they're just vague nonsense that anyone could have predicted. There's no proof your God has that either Zues or Brahma doesn't have. You're living a delusion. Science isn't 100% factual? Yes because it's 100% evidence based. Science takes a look at evidence, many scientists work together to produce evidence based discoveries. We observe and experiment and we produce science from this. In religion, you read an age old book, worship an egomaniac who supposedly is the creator of that trash worthy book, and you believe that he, whom you've never seen or observed but only supposedly "felt" in your hearts or heard about stories without any proof that they supposedly saw angels and whatever not. You have zero proper proof that your God exists, yet you claim that he created us. Very believable 10/10 IGN. Only because science sometimes makes mistakes it doesn't make it untrustworthy, because in science we actually accept our mistakes whereas you still keep believing the same old primitive deity which has no logical sense whatsoever and does not have a place in this GROWING SOCIETY BASED ON SCIENCE WHERE GOD MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AND YOU SHOULD STOP BELIEVING YOUR DELUSION RIGHT N- Anyways, let me finish with this bet: I bet you $10 that your response, if any, will not be related to what I said, because dishonesty and strawman are theists' favourite friends.

Let's throw some fly balls .... 1. Humanist Manifesto 3 (paraphrasing) : We believe that the universe is self-existent. (does that mean self-created?). It's a belief, but can it be proven? 2. Dr. Chester Pierce, Harvard prof. education/psychology: "A child five years old is mentally ill, because he has allegiance to his parents, to belief in a supernatural Being, to founding fathers..." (Like many 'educators' he wanted to teach kids the right way, the atheist way. 3. Soviet Russia and other communist countries target Christianity, usually top of hit list. 1939 An ex American communist, Ken Goff testified before US congressional committee that of the Soviet's 'psycho politics' (brainwashing) in the US: target all facets of American life. "Create a foaming hatred of Christianity." He quoted Lenin's address to Russians, point by point how to accomplish this. Of course, in communist countries brave Christians believed no matter what they were taught by the State. A great many miracles also. 4. Satan's original big lies were 1/ doubt God's word. Did He really mean that? He could have meant this.... 2/ you can become gods. That's my plan. I will ascend to the Most High throne. Today, we have Hindu religion imported into the West, stripped of its negatives. Upward evolution from mineral > plants > creatures > human. Anyone who studies yoga knows this belief. ditto reincarnation / karma. Look at India. But the Western New Age doesn't look at the results of their Hindu beliefs, "We can become gods." 5. Evolution is a belief as old as history. The 'mystery' religions of the Near East all believed in the occult development of the man to super man. Hitler and the Nazis elite were occultists. Hitler's mentor was a 'master' occultist. Plus Darwin's racist evolution added more fuel for Hitler. Darwin: whites from chimps; blacks from gorillas; Asians from orangutans. Evolution so simple, that three 'races' can develop! After Darwin published his Origin, in Australia, aboriginals were killed for specimens of missing links. One German evolutionist, Fraulein Dietrich guided police to murder men, women, children. 30 skulls were boiled down, the best sent to UK. Darwin was involved in this trade as were other 'scientists' in UK / Australia and politicians. 6. An competent scientist actually understands that it's impossible for a reptile, for example, to change into a bird. There must be new information in the genes. In 1980s 100 evolutionists in US met, and they admitted this. In UK, 130 scientists from all fields also concluded mega evolution is impossible. Adaption happens. Many breeds of dogs, but all remain dogs. From Dingo to poodle. The poodle is a poster dog for entropy. Mutations are always downward. 7. All mutations are downwards. In humans they are called birth defects for a reason. Mutations cannot add new information to genes. In 'beneficial' mutations, there's always a loss. Flies who lose their wings in a windy island may survive by not being blown to sea, but this isn't an improvement. 8. Scientists also know inert matter can't become life. Pasteur and others proved this. This is true immutable scientific Law. Yet jargonitis still haunts us, with 'abiogenesis' et al attempting psychopolitics. I could go on, but will conclude that real empirical testing proves evolution is bunk, the Big Lie. Research the occult background of evolution. Even the 'cosmic egg' has occult connections. Anyone who researches the Bible will know it passes all acid tests that no other writing can.

Well, I can tell you what I think: I think that he couldn't handle the reality of our mortality, and thus numbed his mind with false hopes that religion offers. As an analogy: it's like a person living in pain, and finding no way to ease the pain but with a lobotomy. The pain is now gone, but so is your sharp mind. It's sad and tragic. This shows how religion acquires new people: most become religious by being trained at young age by the religious parents. But religion also preys on the weak of the society. Like those who lost a spouse and can't handle the pain, and as such pretend that there is an invisible magical wonderland that they visit once they no longer have a working brain. It's ruthless.

Who says fear is bad? Are you moved to not stick your hand on a live wire or a fork in a socket because of love or fear of not being electrocuted. Some are moved by love, others fear of death. Anything that moves you to God and seeking eternal safety is good, better to be afraid now and be eternally confidence and at peace forever later in heaven then to be full of love on cloud nine all your life then wind up in hell forever burning and separated from God. I saw hell before, it was not fun, nor did I see anyone there cracking open beers and partying. They are looked like fear itself, burning forever in so much pain and misery. Therefore I say let these people alone and let them be moved to God as they like. As Jesus said, let him who is righteous continue to be righteous and let him who is filthy continue to be filthy. For I am coming to reward each one according to his deeds. He who has an ear let him hear.

If you have Jesus in your heart you will be able to talk to him. Because looking in your heart and ask yourself the right questions in difficult situations he will give you the right answers. Be true to yourself. Being the best person you can be makes you a positive person. And positive people give out positive energie. And when you send out positive energy you will receive positive energy back. When you are in that stage you understand the bliss and happiness Jesus can give you. @Grab Lemon God had already planned to send Jesus (the Son) to be the ultimate atonement for all of our sins. Basically, our life here is to see who, in the end, truly wants to be a servant of God, by submitting to His will. Those who choose to follow Jesus, the living God, to the end of their time here on earth will spend eternity in Heaven, where there is no sin, pain, strife, etc. Those who do not choose (claim that Jesus is just a person, believe that just simply being a good person is enough, reject God altogether) to repent, accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and put their faith and trust in Jesus, will not inherit God's kingdom, and will spend eternity separated from God.

@@roberthawkes2023 Nothing is really popping out to me as anything I would classify as fear at this moment in my life. I surely don't fear death, but might be trepidatious about the dying process if pain is involved. There is zero good sound empirical evidence within the history of history (think evidence that could live in a science book, and that a consensus of scientists from around the world could agree upon) that a/any god exists, so from my perspective free from god myths, it is not a god that is removing fear and provides for love, trust, "humility", and comfort, in it's place, but instead it is the psychology of the human(s) involved; the hooks of religious, tribalistic, dogmatic beliefs which amplify evolved human biases and/or inputs from a community of fellow social animals, and other such hooks, that make people feel comfort and have other feelings that do not comport with reality. The "listened to my heart" sentence indicates the belief is at least partly based upon feelings, not a careful, critical analysis of reality, which is fine, especially if someone is unable to handle the existential-angst of not existing for an infinite amount of time after they die. This man said that atheism is "based on the presupposition that the natural world was all there is." Atheism is the lack of belief in the claim that gods exist. For all you know, an atheist can still believe in some sort of woo independent of any deity. To say that the natural world is all there is is a claim unto itself. So far, it is the only thing that we can actually objectively detect (until someone devises a way to detect the supernatural). So first it would have to be *demonstrated* as opposed to "felt in people's hearts" and then we can narrow down to specifics through testing.
