Surely my father would like this.. This might sound weird, but practicality is the first aspect before anything for us before buying a scooter, that's why we are sticking with our 6 year old Activa.. This one is just right, the space for 2 people, the flat and long floorboard, the under seat storage and performance seems to be at par ❤

Software is not "free". It's difficult to develop it well, and be ready for the road. In addition, the 24x7 internet connection baked into the scooter is not free, and android navigation is not free. Ather has to pay Google for accessing its map services.

@@ganeshm6295 depends on person to person, but it'll definitely improve the riding experience. I remember 20yrs back when I was a kid, me and my parents fell after a skid on a rainy evening. Traction control would have saved us that day.

You may still fall on a rainy day if you suddenly brake and they lockup. What you’d need is abs. But just avoid any sudden changes in acceleration, braking, steering while riding in rain and you’d be good

Hopefully OLA doesn't give up on you. I have a friend who regretted buying the S1 pro. Display issue, brake issue etc etc. He sold it within 8 months of purchase. He met many people facing issues with their Olas while navigating through his problems. So, I never trust ola. Happy with my Ather. 6 years. Still strong

Never had issue with old suspension, but still got a free replacement. BMS issue was managed almost 2 years ago with software update. Ola is a city scooter, some idiots ride it like racer bike and cry problems 😂
