I watched your story on Dan’s channel and you make me feel so much hope! I still find it mind boggling there’s forums where any talk of anything remotely not medically focussed is shut down. Such a shame people don’t realise how much our brain is truly capable of. I love Joe Dispenza as well.

I have been blessed to never experience Covid because I don’t be exposed by lots of people and stay away from crowded area !

That is lucky, fingers crossed you don’t ever catch it

@@livingwithmecfs Thanks! I consider myself lucky because the CDC says that. less than 6 percent of the population has never experienced Covid! ALSO, did you caught Covid last year?

@@pc24681 I havent had Covid but have been bed/housebound with ME/CFS since before the pandemic. Like you I’m not exposed to many people so I think that is why I haven’t caught it

Cryo and red/infrared sauna helped a friend of mine. Shes pretty much 100% normal again.

Hi Rachael, have you contracted covid again after you suffered the long covid? I need to overcome the fear of getting covid again. It hinders my wanting to be with other people and crowds. If you have any advice I would appreciate it. Not sure if you went through this.

Your fear of not wanting to catch Covid again is completely understandable Rachel was a guest on my channel a few months ago so she may not be checking these messages anymore. If you want to speak with her directly about this you can contact her via her website or Instagram Website www.rebound-athletic.com Instagram instagram.com/rebound.athletic/

Great recovery story. Can you tell me which brain retraining program you used please?

Hey thank you. I started with curable then found Pain Free You. Links are in the video notes.

As useful as all these are i think there's a massive difference between the 2020 cohort who were infected with the initial strain pre vaccine and those who caught it from 2021 onwards, especially those vaccinated prior. What work for the latter group doesn't seem to be too relevant to the former as very little recovery stories seem to be from the early batch where again lack of any knowledge about what was going on seem to have contributed to the severity of the condition

Thats just your mind being negative

I dont think so, it doesnt matter which strain or vaccinated or not. LC and ME/CFS is a mind body condition. Which you can cure with a mind body approach.

@@wzupppp find me a load of 2020 athletes who've bounced back as fast as the 2021/2022 ones. I went down hill for 2 years before i leveled out, most of the ones we hear of are get infected and bounce back to full health in way less time

It’s possible there’s a difference. I’m a 2020 batch and it was pre vaccination. I was pretty severely I’ll for a few years. I’ve been making steady progress for a few years and feel very optimistic about my continued progress. It really helps me to watch recovery stories about other people who were severely I’ll, whether that is long covid from 2020 or other, or people who have had ME for years/decades. Hope that helps.

Summary Time and rest is what helped her achieve remission but she is convinced it was brain retraining(which has no scientific evidence of helping only harm) & movement (which also is dangerous for some)
