Strength, clarity, critical thinking, energy and calm astonish me. I just realised yesterday that pain is not there anymore. Yesterday noon I took 2 spoonfuls of carbs (couscous grains), and today I sinned again with a few spoonfuls of couscous and one teaspoon of brown sugar in my coffee. I slept a bit because when I eat fatty lamb it makes me sleep. I stood up after my nap and felt the pain in my heels. I can't believe it. I think I need to go back on lots of fatty meat, butter, eggs and water, and after a week or 10 days, try some carbs again 6sre if that pain in my heels comes back. Going really zone 1 and zone 2 is no problem without any carbs. i need a little bit of carbs for zone 3-4-5 long rides and races to perform at my maximum . For all easy running cycling swimming and strength training it is fine. But for example when I do hyrox training and I do it fasted then after 10-15 minutes I start to crave for some quick carbs. When I reduce the pace a bit it’s fine again
