This was incredible! I am usually pretty intimidated if the mobility day is any longer than 30 minutes but this one flew by! A great mix of stretching and also challenging flow sequences!

It's Day 09 of the October Athlete 2024 Challenge! This no-equipment active recovery workout uses bodyweight exercises that start basic, then progress to more athletic as you go. You’ll get gentle cardio & strength, plus mobility and flexibility, all with options to be where you are today!

Loved this one! I was super tight mostly in the hips and it definitely opened me up! Just what I needed

I have been following you for a long time. Over the past year, I have experienced muscle tightness. This workout makes me feel like I can reclaim the flexibility and lessen the pain and tightness. Post menapause really sucks

I saved this one for Friday. And I needed all those stretching moves. I don’t like her cardio or her Friday body weight workouts. So I usually do heavy lifting. And my legs def needed it. 😅

These mobility routines are increasingly beneficial with age but could you throw in more moves that don’t involve deep knee bending Many thanks for all you provide for us
