This was incredible! I am usually pretty intimidated if the mobility day is any longer than 30 minutes but this one flew by! A great mix of stretching and also challenging flow sequences!

I have been following you for a long time. Over the past year, I have experienced muscle tightness. This workout makes me feel like I can reclaim the flexibility and lessen the pain and tightness. Post menapause really sucks

I saved this one for Friday. And I needed all those stretching moves. I don’t like her cardio or her Friday body weight workouts. So I usually do heavy lifting. And my legs def needed it. 😅
