Another great and mood boosting workout! Amy’s workouts are the rhythm in my life that I NEED. If I fall out of the rhythm of working out consistently I find it so easy to jump back in because her workouts are so adaptable to the stage I’m in physically. I’m forever grateful I found her channel almost 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my first baby. You’re amazing Amy!! 🎉❤ can’t wait to get back in the BACK soon!! 😊

I honestly was nervous when I saw the plyo in the title and almost chose a different workout. I actually loved this and feel great despite keeping it a bit on the lower impact side. 💕

That went sooo fast and I had to take a little rest in the middle of each set. For more power, I added 2lb ankle weights and wrist weights. 'Scuse me while I wipe up the sweat.
