ATI 14% Lower Pulley assembly/install ZR1 LS9

Assembly and Install of my ATI Balancer on my ZR1. I thought the instructions sucked due to they are generic for multiple cars not just the LS9. Not a hard install but you NEED a pulley installer. If you have any questions post them in comments.

im in the process of installing mine and was wondering how much clearance did you have between the bottom of the pulley and the engine cradle once everything is installed? mine seems extremely close making me wonder if something is wrong especially with the belt installed.

Alex Petrikov The Ls9 crank is keyed so it only goes on one way. however others need to be marked when removing and imstalled back to this position.

TWA Motorsports I'm installing one on my ls2 that isn't keyed. And the directions I got from them doesn't say anything about how the degrees are suppose to be when mounting. Maybe it doesn't matter?

Alex Petrikov if it is a 6 speed it does because they are balanced with weights. look at your old one for counter weights

The old one I pulled of was a fludampr one. But the pistons have been turned over while I was cleaning the short block. And so I don't know where the exact right spot it needs to be pressed on. Should I get it to tdc and put the dampener on with the degrees at tdc also?

what belt do you run with this if you have a 76mm idler and 2.45 s/c pulley?

14% OD with LPE 2.35 upper and 76mm idler you run the stock belt, so i would assume 2.45 could use same belt
