BTW for the "Inert Sep" step on the checklists you were skipping, not sure if you skipped it intentionally, but if not, the button is just to the right and below the yoke. It activates (opens) or deactivates (closes) the Inertial Separator. (for anyone reading who, like me, didn't know what that was, it's a system in the air intake that, when activated, causes air entering the engine to make a sharp turn before entering the compressor. This allows debris like sand, ice particles, etc to use their inertia to flow through the intake and out an exit port. It prevents engine damage. The benefit of turning it off during normal flight is the entering air is already under higher pressure so it allows the engine to make more thrust. The system is modelled in MSFS2024 and you can tell because when you activate the IS, the engine slows down a bit.) For anyone flying the Cessna 208B, it also has an IS and is part of the take off and landing checklists.

Happy New Year Atif! Thank you for this video. I was puzzled by the FLC settings and auto throttle (not used it before) but you have cleared it all up. I couldn’t figure out why the speed was fixed in FLC as I was used to being able to adjust it. Didn’t know it was tied to the FMS and that there was the manual override. 👍🏻

Happy new year to you too. Thank you for your feedback. Deciding the altitude is based on two things, the plane and the duration of the flight. If I am doing a flight less than one and a half hour then I select FL250 or FL280 and more than this duration FL350 or FL380. But if a plane is unable to climb up to these altitudes then I remain within the threshold of that plane. After Cessna 172 you can try Cessna C408 and Pilatus PC-24

Visual approach is not working in that plane. Does anybody know why? ILS no problem but on visuals no matter what I try it’s not catching the glidepath. Before it the vnav works fine but when it comes to approach the apr button won’t work. Even when you insert the flight plan correctly. Btw the aproach button won’t turn on even on ils approach.. it’s bugged Any help?

Anyone know how to add approach procedure in Career mode after loading the flight plan? Tapping on the runway waypoint doesn't show the departure/arrival option seen at 11:26

Cabin pressurization doesn't work. FL200 seems to be maximum you can do without hypoxia.

You have got me hooked on this plane. I find that when flying medivac missions in the PC 12,I am asked to divert to the nearest hospital airport at very short notice. How do you this in the FMS please? I take it that that a landing procedure will also be require for the nearest hospital airport. Thank you.

For this you have to enter the new destination again and select the new approach.

You need to fly below 200. Pressurization is not implemented/bugged

Atif… is there a reason when I follow my VNAV flight plan ATC is screaming at me to maintain my current flight level? They want me to hold FL270 then the last minute descend to 3200ft?!? Is this just the games terrible ATC?

It does work. You need to send the flightplan to avionics and then press "activate" on the display on the plane if it prompts.
