Thank you Mam,I get up regularly between 4.30 - 4.45am ,no alarm,bio clock.This non stop routine followed.Practice,will wake you up.By getting up early you get more time , peaceful environment to worship & to start your daily chores with Gratitude to Almighty. 🙏
