I'm so much addicted to ginger tea . I can't think day without it . I'm doing workout daily . But yet although I can control sugar for some days but for lifetime its impossible..

கடந்த 10நாட்களாய் சர்க்கரையை முற்றிலும் நிறுத்தி விட்டேன்.வெள்ளை சர்க்கரை நிறுத்தி வருடங்கள் பல ஆகிவிட்டன..தற்போது பனஞ் சீனியும் சேர்ப்பதில்லை.👍

I don't eat sweet and no sugar for any drinks. Still I don't loss weight. I started my diet now along with an housle walk and excercise. Will see the result..

Sister,try to take millets instead of rice.ur intake should be 4:3 ratio millet and rice per week.i could reduce my weight in this method.

By quitting sugar v can regulate insulin but to boost Fat burning, u need to boost HGH hormones! No food will work like a magic to lose fat! Instead body itself will burn it when given a chance

It’s very true I did for sometime and saw the results but can’t continue as our life is mixed with sweets. But I 95 don’t use sugar or any sweets for my tea. Only if I am out of home or drinking coffee I use sugar. Thanks 😊 for the wonderful information to save the world.
