Would this work with 4k video if re-sizing the effects to frame size? Also, I DLed the pack, but none of the audio files play - the look like they are missing the linked audio files?

No its not. It's only works with 1920*1080 res. The audio file works fine. Try to make a new sequence with the correct resulition and check the audio again 😊
