It's such a mundane thing too, like software crashing is normal and beyond the control for the engineer. But someone so up their own ass like clark county doesn't know the basics of software to know this and thinks beating the shit out of the engineer (I'm assuming) is the best course of action. Probably because he thinks he's doing it on purpose to milk his hours. That's why I love this show, just a surreal experience.
