Greetings, first off, you're looking happy, fresh, and well brother Carlton 🙌🏽💪🏾. I really did like this property. I particularly like how you show every nook and cranny and I don't know if I said this before for your other videos but you give everybody a chance to see virtually exactly what they're getting up close and personal😄; stellar tours always. I usually struggle with unfinished basements but this is the best unfinished basement I've ever seen and I think it's due to how the whole property overall is well proportioned, at least in my opinion it is. Nice exterior nevertheless the lot is not good, I didn’t see a good size drainage in the front yard and driveway; all the water running down to your house, backyard is bad and erosion will eat your surroundings…
