The most underrated yet massively influential (to this day even) bands of the NINETIES & early 2000's. Kyuss was a perfect combination of musical interests between those 4 kats. Kyuss disappeared as fast as they arrived and could possibly steamroll right on through that unforgiving desert. Their influence however has and will continue to, spread far and wide across many dimensions & MultiVerses, through space & time🔥☠️🔥

I have had the privilege of seeing Kyuss live as I'm sure most of you have too and in that we all have one of the greatest shared experiences in music. Definetely yes. I remember there was a hype with the queens round 2004, it felt to me that i was being force fed with the queens..i guess it wSnt the 1st time- never actually liked them much..The whole stoner rock thing had already tired me. My personal favs of the genre are mostly doom (still whatever band might be labeled like that) and not stoner. Since having been a sabbath nerd aready by the age of 12, i consequently got into doom. My fav bands are: 1) Saint Vitus & sleep 2) Cathedral (first 3 EPs and 3 LPs) & candlemass (first 3 LPs) 3) pentagram (early stuff, with a few more recent releases) Should mention a few others like trouble & electric wizard. I didnt get deeper to the scene of doom nor stoner, maybe i was getting tired of the sound, maybe all the rest of the bands sounded the same both in tone & riffs, like orange goblin, spiritualbeggars, acid king etc.. Sure i might have missed a couple of bands till this day ever since i stopped listening to new bands, that play in such a way that brings life to the genre. Glad for any recommendations. Hugs in doom from greece
