Always loved this song for the sentiment and the way it’s written in that you don’t really know what it’s about til the very end. It’s such a good song. But then I lost my dad earlier this week. I hate when people see the twist ending before the end. The song is written to make you think it's about a divorce or a really nasty break up. That final line hits so hard when you don't see it coming.

This song sounds early 2000’s because it’s from 2008 😂 The song “nothing but sunshine” explains a lot about his childhood. His father k*lled himself after his mother d*ed. Atmosphere is one of my favorite hip hop groups in the world. Slug has a way with words and Ant is a ridiculous dj. I saw them in Chicago recently! They’re both so silly and kind.
