Thanks! So you bought the exact same model I have, but your image quality is bad? Does the image look ok in the viewfinder, or only when you try and output it using the HDMI cable to a tv?

@@thequinnreapernovaco.7497 yes mate is the same model ,when i turn on the divice that happen i dont know if i need to reset or need to instal the firmware?

Ronald Lopez When you turn it on, do you see the red ATN logo? Have you tried pressing the menu button on top of the unit?
