He is inspiring. If you haven't read his book, the public library should have it. It is well worth looking at the tiny habits you can build to improve all aspects of your life. As you know, we're all about taking action and it is the small consistent habits that improve our lives.

I have been using "The Four Disciplines of Execution" in business for several years. I have been teaching the concept to my teams as well. But am realizing that I was missing a major component of the process and that was asking the question What type of person is going to be successful at achieving the stated goal. Instead I focused on what actions are most likely to lead to achieving that goal. I still like the methodology of 4DX but it's much more powerful when coupled with James' approach. This was great content! Thank you.
