Making Pickled Walnuts - Part 1 - Picking, Pricking, Brining

I'm nearly out of pickled walnuts - time to start a new batch.
This video details part 1 of the process - picking and preparing the green walnuts.
A week from now, we'll look at part 2 (changing the brine) and a week after that, we will pack them in jars and pickle them.
