I went once to a tibetan bowls therapy, after 15 minutes i thought i was floating into the room, it was a wonderful experience. There are 5 bowls with a different tone each one. I recommend it to everyone.

I haven't listened to the whole hour, but at the start he is chanting the Gayatri Mantra. It is a mantra to the sun, which symbolises divine light and knowledge. ...probably has many different meanings that you can research. A beautiful and powerful prayer.
