Yes that's correct. Then change the Serial Receiver provider to CRSF in the INAV Receiver page

Thanks so much for posting these directions on the wiring. I have just received my Atom Swordfish and am looking forward to getting it in the air. BUT, as a newbie to RC and INAV would it be possible for you to make a short video on how to assign switches on a Radiomaster TX16s, especially the stabilise and Return to home switches. If not, no worries, just thought I would ask as I have found your videos so useful with other RC kit e.g. ZOHD kopilot.

I could but your question worries me. You need to learn how to use the radio and EdgeTX first, then watch lots of INAV videos. You have a heap to learn so do that first then come back to me with questions. Good luck

@@AndrewNewton Thanks for the quick reply. I do actually know how to use the RT, although I run open TX, not Edge TX, as I don't have a touch screen so it would be redundant. I have been watching INAV videos as you suggested, but can't find any on using INAV with a TX16S. So i have been thinking of replacing the Atom Rc receiver with a ZOHD kopilot, which I do know how to assign switches to on a TX16S (thanks to your videos). The problem there is that it would have to be mounted upside down. Is there a way of adjusting the ZOHD Kopilot so that I could fly it upside down?

Unfortunately the Kopilot cant go upside down. Have you tried searching for inav tx16s? I did and the results will amaze you.

Running on Standard but the ATOMRC page says they are BLS 30A so probably DSHOT capable?

Hi I don’t have the external usb c buzzer boot for configuration so where I can get one but i check in any website stores but I can’t find that cause I have the sword fish rc plane same like yours but I only need the external usb c buzzer boot and connector to flight controller for swordfish rc plane

Andrew: Great overview of your connections! I'm curious if and how you may have investigated the LefeiSparrow series of controllers. I have both the Sparrow one and Sparrow 3 controllers. Though not yet installed, the documentation for the Sparrow 3 seems quite thorough & comprehensive for a small low size/weight controller that provides all of the key features needed in pretty sophisticated fixed wing applications. I would love to see your review of this/these controllers. Thanks. - Jim

Plug GPS into a spare UART and Select GPS as the sensor on that UART in the configurator Ports tab. If you can solder then yes you can add LEDs

We are never that lucky. Probably have to cut off the BN220 plug and solder it on to your Matek GPS cable. But I might be wrong

I have EP2 receiver bound and in uart 2 yet the channel bars do not show up. I tried moving but still same. What could cause this to happen

UART2 is not powered from USB so you need to pug the battery in. Check it is actually bound Swap Rx and Tx wires Check Serial RX is set up on UART2 in PORTS Check CRSF is selected as the Serial Rx provider

INAV is pre installed, but it's a good idea to reflash it with the official INAV version.

Pls help, I don't have 9v on dji port, trying to connect walksnail hd pro, tried usual inav setup, did I miss anything? Also a bit strange when looked for voltage selector to switch to 9v on board, seems already bridged, but no 9v either. Many thanks.

I would look for solder shorts or bridges on the bottom of the board, or a component wired in reverse. My 9V/5V is bridged for 9V and I definitely have 9V on the DJI socket and pads and VTx+

@@AndrewNewton many thanks, I have looked under the board and it seems already bridged, but there is no voltage on dji port and I am not sure if solder bridge has anything with that... so definitely should have 9v out of the box, no specific enabling in Inav? Thanks a lot, I am struggling quite a bit for some time and don't know what to do...

DJI port should have 9V by default. The solder bridge only sets the VTx+ voltage. Nothing to set in INAV. Must be something else going on with your board.

Strangest thing, when checked onboard dji connector pins, ground was bent, so I managed to straight it... bad luck and unlikely event, but now it's fine, many thanks for your time and suggestions, wish You all the best...
