I'm annoyed by the cotter key inserted at 17:21. After bending the pins he left the one pin with the sharp tip jutting out. That may not typically be an issue, but he then put in place that rubber protective sleeve over the one pin. I can see that pin eventually puncturing the sleeve thereby compromising the sleeve's structure or allowing contaminants an entry point. I would instruct the guy to bend the tips of the pins inward.
