You'll get better advice on the discord imo, (post this in #resume-advice) but best advice I can give you here is where ever you want to end up, ask a person who is 1-3 steps ahead of you (in reaching where you want to end up) and how they ended up where they are. That way you can try and emulate what they did or at the very least gain some insight on what you need to do. "navigating corporate structure" is pretty broad so it'd probably be better to be more specific on what you want to do.
