I just got san Diego thanks for showing this. I have it on wows legends. Same stats on wows legends with reload booster and ap and sap shells. Our san Diego has 2100 sap damage and 2200 ap damage .the problem is ships get ovwr saturated so fast with sap in legends u get 5 good salvos then u have to switch to ap. They had to buff out sap damage because 1800 was so low it barely did anything. It has 4.6 second reload b4 modules and commanders. Also ours got buffed armor from 13mm all over to 16mm so it can bounce 203mm ap now

Or you could aim for different spots on the enemy. Bow, stern, upper belt, superstructure. Unless you’re telling me most of those saturate a single salvo, you should get more damage it.

On the bright side. Sandy still reload faster than Asian version, HTMS Chumphon. It has it worst reload among of all Atlanta Class, which basically an accurate representation of Thai Government when they are trying to do something.
