To me, the best Fuso in gaming has to be the one I encountered first: The iteration of the Fuso that was part of the Ship Challenges section of Battlestations Midway, as it was the first time I can recall actually controlling a battleship since the campaign's heaviest controllable ships were either heavy cruisers and aircraft carriers, and there was no way in hell I was going to touch the multiplayer with lousy internet. So yeah, Battlestation Midway's Fuso will be held in higher regard than whatever ship WoWs can put up, so the model is still a good treat.
