I'll be honest, as somebody who doesn't really watch Mtash (not my cup of tea) and not following everything in this whole thing, i can't express how much respect i have for him for this. For the fact that he, as far as i know, was the first person to actively try to look at the situation without biases, try to communicate with people and get to the bottom of situation, more so than actual parties involved. I think it's also kinda telling of the whole community that the only 2 people i've seen to try and do it (at first at least) are Mtash, who isn't really part of the whole drama, and Asmon, who's not even part of the genshin community. This also is a great example of why nobody, including the company who made the game, takes the community seriously, when stuff like this goes on for days instead of people trying to actually talk to each other and get why they hate each other + the fact how much CCs are reactive to their chats and go along with them (to the point where some chatters to just become parasocial and think they know these people just from watching them) At the end of the day, most of this "Drama" is people taking preconceived notions (a lot of which seem to stem from miscommunication between people) and their viewers opinions as proof for stuff And you would think, after multiple similar dramas in the last couple of years (not just in genshin community) people would have learned about proofs and communication. Again, thx Mtash for being an adult in this middle school

There’s something you need to know and remember, when CC got blacklisted by a billion dollar company, you should look what actually happened. For Mtashed case, he always states that Genshin needs endgame content more. Hoyo didn’t even listen to the complaint & suggestion from their players, especially Genshin CC. Until the day Mtashed decided to start his villain era and talk shitty things abt the game, Hoyo slowly starts to pay attention to him. Mtashed saw the CC Program posted by Hoyo, try to participate but later then got banned from the discord server. (I laughed so hard when I saw his videos 😂) Mtashed actually a good CC for Genshin Impact. But Hoyo just care abt their games reputation. Hoyo dgaf about the complaints nor their players.

The rewards actually have nothing to do with this. Tectone has been pushing this for months now. I made him implode by pointing out that Genshin gives it's free pulls out through having much larger maps and more chests he pretended not to be phased by this revelation but he's also stated that he's done with Genshin and has moved onto HSR and ZZZ several times but here we are. That made him lose it because he realized Genshin actually is doing better than HSR and ZZZ looks boring too. I think he might have been able to cope better if he still thought Genshin was as bad as it was in the Inazuma arc. But I incidentally brought reality in on him by simply pointing out that he was wrong in all his takes about Genshin the game despite being right about how the community was bad.

i think the biggest things Atsu was accused of was being a massive asshole to a LOT of people in the space and going out of his way to leave them out (as confirmed by astu’s friends) and when this is the case, the purely legal approach mtashed is using should take more into account the importance of individual testimony. The approach mr. nomostasch took is one of level headedness because instead of getting dragged in and taking sides he was trying to find something worth taking sides for. He found none, because as it stands there is none. After all that has been said and written it is all just some immature fighting and there is no other resolution to it at this point other than what he said himself. They can't play nice together so at this point they should just stop interacting. Everyone is acting dumb and have done some dumb shit, so now it's really just up to what we individuals value from the people we watch and then to make a decision based on that. Cuz there is no right or wrong answer here, and while Atsus toxicity is very bad behaviour it's not that deep (literally it seems to me that it's pure ego and being very judgemental and it is something most people will grow from and become better persons) and hopefully he'll take a look at himself and how he's acted to Brax as an example, learn from it and grow from it. As again, this is literally something you'd find happening on the school playground and many will probably need some months or a year to put this behind them and gain a new perspective and when they look back they will see how pointless, stupid and immature all of this is. Some people already said it but im gonna say it again. The main point of Brax is not the contracts or money or ladder climbing. Its about getting ostracized of the CC space without a proper justification or reason and that leading to burning bridges that he didnt even knew existed. Atsu, imo, until now didnt give ANY reason to do this to Brax besides tweets he saw after the first encounter they had. So until now Brax doesnt know what he did wrong and Atsu its just focusing on the contracts because Tectone talks about it when its not the main point of Brax's text. I think it's all overblown tbh, Atsu seems like a bit of a dick, but if he's doesn't like the guy, he doesn't have to be friends with him, and he can avoid him all he wants. He doesn't need to give an explanation either. Same with Brax, he seems very odd and like he has a bit of a victim mentality. He might just be socially awkward, but he seemed to hyper fixate on this Atsu relationship from the beginning instead of just letting it go, which made Atsu double down and the whole situation even worse. Much like others have said, I think it's just playground behaviour, and yet another example of how streamers are often just overgrown children and not people to necessarily look up to.

I don't think Brax is fixated on building relationship with Atsu. It's just that he is trying to reach out to him to clarify some of the things he is experiencing (being left out probably because of Atsu) and hearing from some of his CC friends that Atsu invited most if not all CC creators and not including him. Atsu doesn't have to be friends with him but at least he should be professional about it. Talking about someone in the same space will impact how other's will view someone especially since Atsu have some kind of influence over contracts with Hoyo (not sure if its true). Who wouldn't want to get good graces from someone like that when it can influence your livelihood.

He even wanted Tectone about him. He went out of his way to ruin the guys reputation because he had a personal dislike for someone that was baseless. His circle is the main Genshin one, which means if you are not in with him, you don't get to attend events, you can't really network in the community because atsu tells everyone you are bad news. That's the stuff he does and this is just some of the verified thigs he did do.

Ok i want to have a discussion about this because my twitter feed is going crazy , Atsu and tash both are saying that Atsu had talked to hoyoverse to help tash out back in the beta days of zzz and it worked out for a bit then they blacklisted him again , this proves 2 things , one is that hoyovers does take recommendations from Atsu more than any random viewer/player , two is that hoyovers didn’t let tash back into the cc program anyway even after Atsu recommended that , so basically in my eyes the company takes the recommendation of atsu in mind but doesn’t actually follow it like orders and how people are making it seem like they listen to him without any restrictions , Atsu actually tried helping tash and it didn’t work and the only evidence we have is him doing a GOOD thing but people are looking past the good thing he did and accusing him of blacklisting brax with 0 evidence?? Literally your reactions where so nice to listen to, someone who has the emotional maturity to look at everthing from a bigger perspective, to be able to hold empathy for all parties, acknowledging the wrong-doings but also reminding that nobody is good or bad. It's really good to hear a voice like that on the internet. We see a lot of dividing and we don't really see a lot of effort to understand and make a sense out of things that can get so out of hand. But it is draining and exhausting, if you decide to make some more content like that about events Im sure people will listen, I know I will. what there IS proof of is that atsu is just kind of a jerk. i read his tweet about the situation, and the way he views it is just kind of self-centered. even if he was at first, it's pretty obvious braxophone isn't trying to befriend him this point. attempting to communicate for some reason or another does not equate to attempting to become friends. despite this, atsu acts as if brax is some stalker or something (he literally used that language). even if brax really was weird or awkward in their initial interactions, that doesn't mean atsu has the right to shit-talk him behind his back and completely deny any opportunity to communicate like adults to clear up the situation.

After watching video after video of this it's nice to come to a person who is looking at all of this as subjectively as possible and just try to figure out what is going on and have people talk about these things in private instead of it being a slander cause this does NOT involve the entire community. Not anymore after some of the things that has been said and written. It is definitely hurting so many more people than just those that are being tagged and talked about I.E. Tectone, Atsu, Braxophone and even Envy for that matter. My heart definitely goes out to all of the people that has been on the side of this and hurt as "collateral damage".

I mean, there wasn’t really an opportunity for this to be a private. Atsu refused to have any communication with Brax. Brax tried, but Atsu literally had him blocked on everything. And I would argue that it is the business of the community if a CC you support, give money and a platform to, is actually a bully and generally just not nice to other people in the same community you are a part of.

I think people are glossing over the fact that theres some power dynamic going on here. I'll give Atsu the benefit of the doubt that he really didnt "manipulate" his group to alienate/ostracize Brax. But with how things are now, Atsu indirectly confirmed he has connections/contacts within Hoyoverse combined with the fact he kinda established himself as the "leader" of this friend group, if i'm in the shoes of anyone in his group -- I'd hate to be in Atsu's bad side. Bad blood with him means losing livelihood and getting kicked out of the group. So rather than "manipulation", it's more like "pressure", because everyone is indirect. He was really smart about it since everything could be easily denied (for legal purposes). Nevertheless, this is just stupid. I'm more on this Brax guy's side bc this couldve been all avoided had Atsu been civil from the start. Youre obviously not gonna get along with everyone but it doesnt mean you have to go out your way to treat someone like this. Their livelihood is based on Content Creation, there is some "professionalism" I expect to be in there but apparently theyre all adults who's stuck on some high school mentality.

Genshin already had sexual predator voice actors in the past going after 13 year old girls (we all seen the discord leaks) more are bound to come espically in a game like genshin which fosters that behaviour. I was pretty on the fence about this whole thing but the 2 things that really convinced me were the: - texts putting Braxaphone into a Catch-22, and - Atsu lying about Tectone essentially forcing him to post shared texts involving his sexual assault as a child to prove otherwise. The Brax texts are included in his post and apparently Atsu admitted he lied regarding the original Tectone situation (though admittedly I haven’t looked into this). You don’t put people in these kinds of situations by accident so it’d be hard to convince me that Atsu wasn’t being malicious to some degree.

I am kinda blessed in retrospect of all this. I once was in tectones server when he was making genshin impact content. I was showing off my build for tartaglia at the time and made one friend from the com. Next few days I knew it I was banned from the server. (Do not know why to this day). But because of this the community outside looking in felt toxic. Least in his environment. This is not to throw shade on him as a creator. But for me its a blessing because to see what is happening then to now. I feel like i kind dodged a bullet or was spared further grief. Otherwise I think this is just the result of things finally having been enough is enough. And the end result is you guys have to watch the tower fall. Have a lovely day Mtash.
