We always called the ends of bread, heels . We used it for toast or french toast or it got tossed. Love watching your family grow and change. Thanks for sharing with us !! You should look over Oregon before you buy land in a different state . Your hubby and you could get licenced and perform weddings etc besides everything else you do.

@@lizregan1949 That's funny. My mum couldn't get us to eat them. I still don't. I have a high school friend who comes down every now n then she doesn't mind. I think though she had five siblings, so a family of eight, somebody had to eat the heels. Kinda like cutting a chicken into 8 pcs. A wing was a serving.

Great video! Bought some soap but the aloe was already gone! It will be fun to watch those pregnant does slow down during the “running of the goats” footage. You manage your goats the way we manage our 6 dogs: there is always a treat at the end when they end up where we want them. 👍🏻

Have y'all thought about selling compost by the pound to gardeners with no livestock? If you have any excess make a little profit!! You can use your coffee cans to grow herbs and such. In the winter. To help keep the worms off your corn spray it with a mix of hot pepper sauce, water and dish soap to help keep it in place.

Crystal, I have a suggestion for you to get plenty of aloe until your becomes established. Ask the store manager where you have been getting your aloe if they can order you aloe on a regular bases for a while until you get enough of your own. Any store with any smarts and wanting to make money would be willing to do this. Just a suggestion. Maybe you have already checked into it.

Love that you have unscented soaps as well! Im super sensitive to all different kinds of fragrance oils and perfume that is used by most artisan soap makers with no option of unscented varieties. Thank you so much for that! It helps a Ton of people. Mybe even add the taps „scented“ and „unscented“ as a pre search helper to your etsy?

I absolutely love the relationship you guys have with your goats. I watch several different channels with goats or sheep farms and an occasional dairy farm and while they're very interesting and a joy to watch it's obvious its just a business but your videos show a more loving side like each and every goat is a pet and you know all of their likes or dislikes and also their all named. Its just awesome to watch and I'm so grateful that your sharing this with us and allowing us to be on this journey with you.
